When I was a kid, I used to be scared of this level because of the graveyard and zombies, and how it gets rid of every single friendly NPC on the map when it happens except for the other skaters. But playing it recently on Thugpro, it's just a hilarious level lol, especially the silly swamp monster off in the distance where the voodoo guy comes from. Also, I always loved this level for having the funny jester, the giant drink you can dive into, and an actual Mcdonald's
This level also scared the shit out of me as a kid when I first trigged the destruction cutscene. I didn't go back to it until 2 months later then saw it was a pretty fun level. Not to mention the fact you could switch between normal Nawlins and Zombie Apocalypse Nawlins.
I'm sitting here smiling this whole playthrough because watching every one of these makes me feel like I'm back in my childhood watching my older brother finish this game again this game was everything to us and our whole group of friends and neighbors :')
That's exactly why when a couple more times and every time after I beat this game, when I get to this level, I always do Voodoo guy's missions first and anything required to be him first so I don't have to do them later.
I love how over the top the destruction part of this level is, compared to the others. Previous levels have simple explosions and mayhem. But Nawlins? Zombie apocalypse, bitches!
Love how the final New Orleans challenge is a callback to both the Chopper Drop map from Pro Skater 2 and the Hawaii helicopter jump from Underground 1.
Ah man, I love this level... my favorite level in the game... when I was a kid... the best part is going to the cemetery and knocking the skulls off the coffins to release the spirits, that's the best part for me lol, I love the screams 😂
Oh, that camera angle on the Neversoft Natas, lol I definitely do that one with my skater...(yep, I like upskirt shots lolz) I've always thought that the Spine Transfer Combo should of ended by spining from the bar to the street, but that's just me. Same with the Equalizer; I think that one should of had two more spine transfers to finish. From the roof to the street, and then into the cemetery. Tricycle v. Zombie: Splat! Splat! Splattin' bugs is where it's at! lol
I never thought I was going to be able to complete all the story missions on easy because of how hard they seemed. But today, after all these years and finally able to see how to do the Balcony Breaker challenge, I achieved 100% on Easy!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd play this level as a little kid while listening to johnny cash "ring of fire" on loop and then disturbed 😂 Favorite level, favorite game and got me into disturbed and cash 💖🤘🖤
Having a hard time deciding what the best quote is in this level. Drunks, idiots and drunk idiots. Tony and Bam both saying “ You got a deal.” Or see you later, butt trumpet.
Mine is Mullen - Muska - Vallely - Muska, kinda feel sad for Bob because the first time I played THUG2 I choose Rodney Mullen without knowing that Bob was gonna be the first eliminated :'( hahahah but I would swap Muska for Rodney in Barcelona just so I could try Bob on Boston ;)
How the hell do you have such perfect balance control while moving? I literally cannot get the meter to be that still ever no matter how careful I am. I'm playing the GameCube version so idk if that has anything to do with it.
Never noticed the Humidity Skate Shop banners. I remember begging my mom to take me there as a kid. Living in New Orleans made me appreciate this map so much when I was young.
Benedict Gameplays Nope. Like I said, I just used to be good at the game because it was the only thing I played for a solid 10 months consecutively, day in and day out. I was a nerdy kid

You:Hold my beer
Anyone else got nightmares as a kid from the voodoo guy
Jonathan Alnas you're not alone 👋

4:39 the power of Christ compels you!
I find it funny to myself that the first thing I thought of after reading your comment, was not The Exorcist, but Family Guy. Lol.
I’ve forgotten how great the cutscenes were

Peter M oh wtf as if I didn’t think about that??? It’s my psp, doesn’t pick up the diagonal button inputs well
9:53 “I’ll spare him.. this once”

My religious mother wasn’t to happy about this level when I was younger hahaha
😅
I feel sorry for her
I miss these games
Me too man
11:35 to 11:39 that bill is more expensive than the making of first two Jackass movies.
I have my own pro selection of each stage: Bob Burnquist (Boston), Chad Muska (Barcelona), Rodney Mullen (Australia), and Mike Vallely (New Orleans).
Cool bro!
@@BenedictPlays Thanks. I had Burnquist for Boston because he would be eliminated right after that.

Bam is the mvp of this game
YEAH BENEDICT I LOVE UR VIDS :D
This level never freaked me out as a kid. Then again...I am kinda messed up in the head lol.
How do you get the broken parts of the balcony to respawn?
How the hell do you have such perfect balance control while moving? I literally cannot get the meter to be that still ever no matter how careful I am. I'm playing the GameCube version so idk if that has anything to do with it.
11:36 WAIT THAT BULL DIED!?

So how are you playing this? Is it on a ps2? Or are you playing on pc?
Benedict Gameplays Is it disk format? I've been searching everywhere for the digital version of this game since your videos popped up in my feed lol
Benedict Gameplays thanks man. I'll check it out
It is almost near the end of this game story mode!
New Orleans, This Mardi Gras hometown is perfect for goals and after losing some skaters. It's you and Tony going to Skatopia. ;)

13:02 I can't believe Chad Muska is dead!
Lol 5 secs later
Nah he still alive but in cuffs lmao
Bruh 6:54 part was hard ash 😂
Now that I think about it, this has to be the map with my best (landed) combo, just under 600 million
Benedict Gameplays Yeah, I used to be super good at this game back in the day. Now I can barely hit over 20 million 😅
Benedict Gameplays original PS2 version
Benedict Gameplays Nope. Like I said, I just used to be good at the game because it was the only thing I played for a solid 10 months consecutively, day in and day out.
I was a nerdy kid
Benedict Gameplays Thanks! I've seen videos of people getting 2 billion points on this map before
