My Corsair came with a non-working rudder. Banggood said they wanted a video showing it so I sent it. Then they said they would credit my next order for $8. I told them I wanted a working plane since that is what I paid for. They responded by telling me they would send a new plane for $25, I don't have it yet but I've been flying the defective one and it works well. I also just preordered the new Mini T-28 Trojan. That will probably take 8 weeks to arrive and it looks to take the same props as the Corsair. I'm happy to see Abby taking the transmitter and getting into the air. These are very easy to fly, I basically learned on the P-51....after the simulator. Happy flying and stay well.
Hey guys, thanks for saving me all kinds of money instead of wasting it on junk. I'm not new with flying rc planes but new with boat. I followed your review and save a tons. Thanks again.
I just received mine and had a BLAST right out of the box! My first time enjoying flying and not having massive anxiety of crashing or losing control. This is a Great RC Plane, thanks for the video and recommendation.
Finally got brave and flew my corsair in extreme wind yesterday. Winds were at 8 to 10 mph with gusts up to 12 to 15 mph. And this little bird ate it up! It was twitchy, but handled it! And even went into intermediate for a few minutes and managed a couple loops in the wind! Awesome plane!
This video made me go out and buy one of these as my very first RC plane, and I love it. I’ve only flown it twice and I’ve already switched it out of beginner mode… Great fun!
I used to love watching baa baa black sheep when I was a kid. Loved the corsair. I recently bought the eachine p51. 2 short flights, one crash and one flew into a tree. I underestimated the turn radius in beginner mode, my fault. Can't wait to fly more. No damage!
Wow, ordered one of these based on your video and it’s the most fun I’ve had in my adult life!! I fly dji drones and drive 1/10 scale rc, and this really made me feel like a kid, I couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you both for taking the time to make your videos.
Got my f4u 3 weeks ago. The long shipping time is well worth the wait. I wore out the p51 after about 100 hrs of flight time. Ailerons servo burnt out. I would suggest to purchase spare propellers with the plane. While it is lightweight and the props are quick release upon Impact, they will break. I am currently grounded due to no propellers, frustrating. Worth the 80 bucks.
Have the P51, the Corsair and the T28 on preorder. Can't believe how well they fly, and how horrible I do in advanced mode! So much fun tho. The P51 carries a small fpv camera very well. Very nice video, love how this plane looks in the air.
Got this delivered yesterday. It took 13 days from ordering. Flew it this morning with my 10 yr old. Despite a 10 knot wind, it flew wonderfully well. In beginner mode it is relaxing and enjoyable. Flip to intermediate and do rolls and loops. I flew the first sortie but the 10 flew out the rest of that battery and the other two. There was plenty of power to return into the wind. It was fun pulling back the throttle and "hovering" in place. The only disappointment was that we could not take off, nor get a rolling landing from the asphalt driveway we use. The bumps from the gravel - per scale - are like small boulders for the wheels to roll over. Trying to take off, it would 'trip' and nose over every time. And on landing it would tumble or flip. This is not the fault of the airplane, only a limitation. We hand-launched our take-offs and snapped the prop back on after each landing -- no sweat.
Another nice little inexpensive plane. Eachine definitely makes some very good affordable RC stuff. I've used a lot of their products over the years and trust that brand. I'm with Stan - I'm always cheering for Abby to fly!
Ever since the P51 video, I have been eyeing this Corsair wondering if it was as good as the Mustang. Thank you for all your reviews, I trust your opinions and base my purchases on your recommendations. I feel a Corsair in my future.
A comment on your AMA mention. One of my flying friends flew his plane into my almost new car several years ago. Messed up the trim on the window and some paint. We were flying at our local flying club (AMA sanctioned). His insurance completely covered the repair of my car. It took a little while, but it did cover it.
Another GREAT REVIEW! The Corsair is my favorite plane! I already bought mine as soon as I saw it was available. I've had it for a month or so and I love it! I ordered the P51 Mustang too but I'm still waiting for it.
Dude, this plane is awesome. Got it about 4 days ago. Very satisfied. Can't wait for my P51!!!!! Plus, 3 batteries included!!! The flight time is amazing. I got at least 20+ minutes per battery.
I have always wanted an RC plane and It had to be a Corsair. I bought this as my first RC plane on your advise. $100.00 and a month later it came. On the very first flight I felt like an expert. I absolutely LOVE it. THANK YOU
I really thank both of you.My old 71 self just ordered it.I always watch you first before I buy.You are very honest and you give me confidence .Been awhile since I've flown and have alot of big planes but I wanted to start up again relaxed.Like abby said puttsing around. This old fire rescue guy loves you both. Thanks Mike
I didn't see a link to AMA!! 10 years ago I burned my garage down with all of my RC planes and gear for them inside of it. AMA also had fire insurance which I hadn't known about till someone filled me in. They paid $1000 which wasn't what I lost but plenty to get me back into the hobby!!!! At the time I'd not have been able to get back into the hobby without it. Thanks for all the video's!
We added the link, sorry Dan! Learn More About the Academy of Model Aeronautics here: bit.ly/32Jwdnt That's really great of them Dan, wow! Sorry that happened to your garage, but thankfully noone was hurt (we hope not) and we appreciate you sharing about this time AMA stepped in to help!
I've been watching your channel for about a year now and got a carbon cub s+ based in your review. This is a hobby I've been wanting to get into for awhile. I love watching the planes and cars/trucks you all review. Very informative. I recently got a used nitro plane I've been working on as a project. It's been so much fun!
The reason why you prefer to turn left is the same reason many full size aircraft pilots prefer left turn. It is simply due to the p-factor. The torque of the motor will make the craft turn left more naturally.
Not necessarily so. I have many hours flying aerobatic in jets. I am more comfortable with any left maneuver than right, whether full size or RC. No p factor with jets.
Great display - On my channel I get fly over the White Cliffs of Dover with the Eachine Spitfire, P51, T28 and Corsair plus a modified P51 with a built in camera. These are just great little planes. I have not had any failures only a few pilot errors! Please keep up these great videos.
love your guys reviews, just bought the p51 after watching this video. i liked the review if the $60 probiat jetboat you did too, havent gotten one if those yet...
Hey I see you posted this comment months ago. I noticed you have all 3 planes. Which one do you like most and why? I just got my T28 (first rc plane) but this Corsair looks so damn good. Hope you reply. Thank you
you are getting really good at flying !... I can't fly my P-51 in such a small field... :S I hope they come out with a Spitfire... I'll get all three... ;)
@@ronaldderonde well... flew a couple of times and thats exactly what happened haha. Ordening a second one now. And making sure I fly on an open field with no trees and water😬😅
I got this plane flys amazing I recommend to my cousins who are beginners and they love it its also very durable i crashed it into a soccer goal the propeller fell off and i snapped it back on I absolutely love this plan and recommend it.
I was going back and forth with the F4U and the Mustang. I finally decided on the Corsair just because of astetics, looks a little better in my opinion, but the Mustang it's definitely next!
Thank you for posting up this video and providing the amazing content. I clicked on your link to help support your channel and can hardly wait to try out this plane. God Bless you and your wonderful family. I taught both of my kids no more to fly real planes. They now both went to the Naval Academy and are serving in the US Navy. SWEET, so I bought one!! I know...ME!! I DO have 2 planes, both not quite RTR!! 😫 So, I look forward to the next slow boat from China!! Thanks Saylors for FORCING me to BUY THIS AWESOME looking Corvair...OH I mean CORSAIR!! 💟👍😘
i love this WWII warplane! its my favorite of all times! use to love watching Baa Baa Black Sheep with Robert Conrad as Pappy Boyington .....just a really cool design of a plane with the foldup wings I hope its as easy to fly as yall say. Ive never flown a plane so thanks for the review. it was great! i love abby's laugh
I look forward to getting this Corsair. I've been spending some time in the back yard lately trying to teach my fingers how to fly airplanes. I'm a southpaw and I hand launch with my right hand. Also, the J-11 puts on some elevator when you throttle up. There are no trims, so I gotta work on giving it some down. It's nose happy with too much throttle. Also been flying the Sport Cub S and the Duet, and that little 'Boeing 787' a lot (it's fragile and by now mostly made of glue and tape :)). It's only a suburban yard, and oaks dominate. But I'm flying low and teaching myself stuff. I'll get brave and take something a bit more expensive out to a field soon.
When I learned to fly years and years ago, I never had expo. Now that it's available on my radios, still rarely use d/r or expo when I fly fixed wing... I agree totally with you.
Well, I ordered both a Corsair and a Mustang (one for me, one for my dad). Didn't realize shipping from Banggood was 2 months... but I guess that means it should arrive just in time for his birthday!
I think both of you are absolutely awesome and I couldn't tell you how much I appreciate your reviews.. I just bought this little guy, just for some fun with my nephew. I fly quads mainly but this looks like too tooooo much fun bro lol. Thanks again
Off topic but since it was briefly brought up in the video, switch orientation can be manipulated in most programmable controllers. For most E-heli's of even some years ago, your "oh crap" switch was throttle hold. The motion was usually flipping up the switch on the right top edge. I believe this was somewhat a standard and works well, it's easier to pull the switches in most positions than to push. Due to that, I reversed everything wasn't already "pull" in "oh crap" moments. For heli's my "idle up" is still normal because I couldn't get over the (raise to increase) mindset, it had been too long I guess (I did always set a V or flat throttle for lowest speed though, nothing quite like going inverted and turning off the esc accidentally, ha ha). Carried over into planes again, my DR switches are more aggressive on 0 than 1, or 2. This way if I need to slow things down for any reason, it's easier to pull the switch than push.
I have purchased two of the Eachine planes from Banggood. They are not bad for the price. But will eventually stop flying after 6 months of regular use.
@@NeoIsrafil I would still go ahead. They are worth it. The first one I got no problems. But after a few crashes the engine gets displaced and the connection for the prop gets old and tired. The second one I got has a much poorer range than the first. You get what you pay for. But they are still ok.
I have Volantex Ranger 600 and it's 3 channel but I glued my wing for full downward flaps and get 30min flight times with 750mah batteries, the original batteries all last about 15-20minutes. I also have the Sport Cub 500 which is very aerobatic for a cub type plane. I also run a bigger battery in that plane with a little cutting inside the battery box. Absolutely love all these planes and their tech is great, I prefer flying in "expert" and switching to "Midd" mode in strong winds or if I lose orientation of the plane.
Already went through one prop on mine that I got last week! It is a ton of fun to fly but mine was super nose heavy with the battery it came with and not much room to adjust the battery position. Just had to dial in a bunch of elevator to compensate for it.
TheRcSaylors I did get it flying better with some trim adjustment, it came with 3 400mah batteries that fill the entire battery bay! I didn’t time it but it does fly for awhile on those batteries. I’d guess 8 minutes or maybe longer?
@@TheRcSaylors Thank you for the fast reply. I got a new battery for my p51 and I have to do the same thing. If my p51 ever meets another pole and it goes horribly wrong. I might get this as a replacement. Happy flying.
Hey guys, thanks for another fun video.. Is there easy access to the motor? One of the negatives I've found with these brushed micro airplanes is that you'll likely be burning out motors after as few hours (sometimes very few) of total flight time. I like the build of the micros that split the fuselage in two and then use tape to hold it together - makes repairs a whole lot easier and neater. Thanks.
I find that you really need absolutely zero wind to fly on expert mode with micro planes. They just get blown about so much. The p51 and I guess this also will fly in strong breezes with beginner and middle modes.
Are these Eachine warbirds the same product as the ones on Amazon under other brand names? I see VolantexRC and Leambre and they both look identical to the Eachine but obviously easier to buy off of Amazon.
Really enjoy your videos guys, seem like genuinely nice people and really enjoy watching you test out different rc vehicles... I've got a boat now you have made want a plane haha
I actually got this for Easter a few weeks ago, and can say that it is the best plane I have ever flown. Mind you that all I have flown other than this is a cheap foam Cesena, and a Hobby Zone Aero Scout Mini. Now, I have a small flying area so I never really got to fly the Aero Scout enough to get a review on it, so there is still possibility to top this, but this plane has just been so maneuverable, and fun to fly.
You two are awesome it's so good to be able to see the plane in Flight and see someone who knows how to fly and film it helped me soooooooo much on my decision about the eachine- volantex Warbirds I purchased all three rather than buying one expensive plane great decision for a beginner these planes are perfect for the beginner and leaves plenty of room for growth my first Flight was today I waited for nice weather and little wind I had the time of my life and I am all most 60 years old my maiden Flight was the T 28 easy to see in the sky loved every second and on my second flight nailed a frozen snow covered landing I might not be able to do it again without a lot of practice but I have a witness hahaha I also had maiden flights with my Corsair F4U and WoW does it look so good in the air my summer is going to be awesome as I am disabled and retired this is perfect for me THANKS NATE AND ABBY !!!SKYS THE LIMIT TAKE IT THERE!!!
The 7th of August (my next payday) in using your link to order this plane. I already have the P51 that you showed. These little things are awesome! Wery durable also... I threw rocks at mine to get it out of a tree and it still flys perfect. Also hit a field goal post at my local high school and it's still flying like new. No, their not "indestructible" but, their tough. I love my P51, I'm getting this one for my dad. It totally love a Japanese plane like this, dad could dog fight me that way ❤
I bought one, genuinely put me in my place when I went expert in 17-30 mph winds. My only complaint is the landing gear was useless. Two of three wheels didn’t roll without a lot of resistance. Mileage may vary.
I am very excited, i ordered it from BangBad months ago, still waiting for it to get here! I do really enjoy the war plane micros! I have the P51 and love it, They are fun to fly for sure in small areas! Eachine has two other ones coming out, T-28 Trojan and a white jet! Eachine rc products are good, havent been disappointed with any of there products, the only down fall is BangBad takes forever to get stuff out! I wish Eachine would sell all there products on Amazon as well, Maybe one day!
Love these Eshine minis . Got the P-51. Still waiting for more spare props. Flying in my yard. A nut tree ate one of my props. It never came down. The second one as lost while flying from a friends very high porch. Ran into the base of the deck. broke the prop. The only problem is getting spare parts from China. It's been 6 weeks. No props yet . Wish they were available from US supplier. Great videos guys. Great flying, and fantastic camera work. Thanks
Great channel guys, love the reviews. Looking to just get something fun for the park/field. I'm thinking that this would fit the bill but quite interested in something that could glide too. Been looking at these, the super cub and the A800, any thoughts of which to go for as a first model? Thanks
It's on order for my second plan. Thank so much for the review. I have have a heli but about a month ago or whenever I got the hoby zone champ for my first plan. Kinda with I would have started with plans. Thanks once again
I can fly a regular plane, but it is very different controlling from the outside at a static point, you could start in middle switch mode then once you get a handle on it then try advanced but model flying is rather different to the real thing as im sure you know you dont get to feel all the corrections you do, so you can over correct with models and that can be a downfall.
I have that exact same Bob's burgers shirt. Got it from Kohl's. Only bad thing is the red frame on the edge is all bumpy or something. Lol. Anyways thanks for showing all the budget rc cars and vehicles. Me and my kids are gonna get some wltoys cars really soon.
We got 2 exactly same planes. They are good but unfortunately propellers super easy to be broken and it’s expensive to get them from Ali 🙈 but yeah it makes a lot of fun to play with it
Hi! Another nice video review. While I do use a lanyard, I agree with you on expo and rates. I have had a few planes that would snap hard with the much elevator, so reducing throw a little helped. For the most part though, learning to limit and control your thumbs is IMO better than relying on low rates. EXPO can be useful to help balance control travel speed. Using it to numb the controls around center and then having lightning fast slam to full travel isn't cool.

My daughter (6yr) and I can’t wait to get this in the mail, 15-20 days is a long time LOL! As always awesome video guys 💯
Got one for Christmas after watching your video flew it in strong wind amazing to say I have never flown before thanks guys
Man these planes are great, I have a p51 and it still works great!
Corsair and p51 are my 2 favorite prop planes... I SO want to get these when I've got the money. Ugh...I hate being broke and disabled.
I have one of these on order - cannot wait! If it's as good as the Mustang, I shall be happy!
I think both of you are absolutely awesome and I couldn't tell you how much I appreciate your reviews.. I just bought this little guy, just for some fun with my nephew. I fly quads mainly but this looks like too tooooo much fun bro lol. Thanks again
I just bought 2 of these after watching 4 minutes of this video. My friend and I will be having dogfights soon! We can’t wait. Thanks for the review.
Absolutely Cliff! You guys are in for a treat 😁👍⚓😎
Of COURSE I’m excited, it’s a CORSAIR!!! 😃👍🏼
:( awe that sucks! They're so neat!
@@NeoIsrafil I would still go ahead. They are worth it. The first one I got no problems. But after a few crashes the engine gets displaced and the connection for the prop gets old and tired. The second one I got has a much poorer range than the first. You get what you pay for. But they are still ok.
Ordered mine today, thank you guys for all you do, your channel helped me decide! Will post and mention you guys in video
Absolutely love all these planes and their tech is great, I prefer flying in "expert" and switching to "Midd" mode in strong winds or if I lose orientation of the plane.
have this plane and it was worth every penny, thanks for making the video and letting me know about it!
Already went through one prop on mine that I got last week! It is a ton of fun to fly but mine was super nose heavy with the battery it came with and not much room to adjust the battery position. Just had to dial in a bunch of elevator to compensate for it.
Did you get it Flying well? Sounds like you might have gotten lucky with a larger battery? What sort of flight times are you getting?
TheRcSaylors I did get it flying better with some trim adjustment, it came with 3 400mah batteries that fill the entire battery bay! I didn’t time it but it does fly for awhile on those batteries. I’d guess 8 minutes or maybe longer?
Sweet! This is my 2nd Favorite WW2 warbird after the P-51, the P-38 and P-47 are tied for 3rd
Loved this airplane! Have yet to fly an RC plane but have had a Mavic Mini drone for a year now. Definitely have interest in RC planes now. 👍✈️
I love flying the mustang version of this. I want to get my dad this Corsair.
Looks great I hope they made the battery compartment a bit bigger. I sometimes really have to stuff my P51's batter in there.
Honestly it's about the same size. I tend to plug my battery in first, then place it inside the plane and close the hatch. Happy Flying 👍😃😎⚓
I bought the p-51 :D im so excited for it to come in. its my 1st rc plane
Because of your vids I've just bought this plane it's my first rc plane thanks guys 👍jay from the uk
Are these Eachine warbirds the same product as the ones on Amazon under other brand names? I see VolantexRC and Leambre and they both look identical to the Eachine but obviously easier to buy off of Amazon.
I had the Same question and Based on the Controller and on the pictures i would say yes they are.
You know it will do barrel rolls and flips and beginner mode as well
Yes, just the press of that stunt button!! 👍😀😎⚓️
Thank You from California for this upload. God bless you guys too...
Maybe, just maybe I could start with this.
Thanks!
You two are awesome it's so good to be able to see the plane in Flight and see someone who knows how to fly and film it helped me soooooooo much on my decision about the eachine- volantex Warbirds I purchased all three rather than buying one expensive plane great decision for a beginner these planes are perfect for the beginner and leaves plenty of room for growth my first Flight was today I waited for nice weather and little wind I had the time of my life and I am all most 60 years old my maiden Flight was the T 28 easy to see in the sky loved every second and on my second flight nailed a frozen snow covered landing I might not be able to do it again without a lot of practice but I have a witness hahaha I also had maiden flights with my Corsair F4U and WoW does it look so good in the air my summer is going to be awesome as I am disabled and retired this is perfect for me THANKS NATE AND ABBY
!!!SKYS THE LIMIT TAKE IT THERE!!!
I'm excited every video of yours that I click on.
It totally love a Japanese plane like this, dad could dog fight me that way ❤
Tomorrow, well... later today on the 24 hour thing and all 🤣 Dad bought me the Mustang, I'm ordering him this one! ❤❤❤
It's a done deal, plane has been ordered and it's coming with three batteries. Just like the Mustang that dad got for me, hope he likes this one 🙂
I bought one, genuinely put me in my place when I went expert in 17-30 mph winds. My only complaint is the landing gear was useless. Two of three wheels didn’t roll without a lot of resistance. Mileage may vary.
I got the plane for $82 shipped from the USA with 3 batteries!!
I bought the P51 and really enjoy it.
This would look great beside your P51 👍😃😎⚓
@@TheRcSaylors You're right, but I'm waiting on the Carbon Cub S 2 1.3m RTF to arrive. Also what you recommended I might add :}
Thanks
Tom, I broke the prop shaft and ordered a new one several weeks ago and still no shipping notification. I think it's sad times in China.
That would be great with an add on F.P.V. camera.
Great flight time 😎👍
And good distance.
That would be cool :-)
Great channel guys, love the reviews. Looking to just get something fun for the park/field. I'm thinking that this would fit the bill but quite interested in something that could glide too. Been looking at these, the super cub and the A800, any thoughts of which to go for as a first model? Thanks
It's on order for my second plan. Thank so much for the review. I have have a heli but about a month ago or whenever I got the hoby zone champ for my first plan. Kinda with I would have started with plans. Thanks once again
If I can fly a regular plane, can I nail advanced mode on this? 😂
Lol, might be a challenge for you!! 👍😁😎⚓
These planes, every single one in their fleet, fly very well and tend to stay level even after aerobatics.
Begginer mode: when Pappy Boyington hooked bicycle inner tubes to the stick so he could take a nap... :-)
Cool plane love the look I have parkzone corsair and its a handful to take off and land. This look so easy.
Just ordered this. Thank you guys for having so many, many (many) entertaining and informative vids!! 😄
We got 2 exactly same planes. They are good but unfortunately propellers super easy to be broken and it’s expensive to get them from Ali 🙈 but yeah it makes a lot of fun to play with it
I should have my F4U Corsair in about a month, cannot wait. I also ordered the XK A100-J11 and the Eachine Mini F22 Raptor!
nice plane bro
Awesome video! Got the P-51 (added FPV to it) and now after seeing this video going to get the F4U too!
Because of you guys I ordered one for me during this lockdown... ^^
Under advanced mode, can you fly inverted with this mini warbird? Thanks!
