Hey thanks so much Dennis! That’s a great suggestion thank you. The metro area includes more southern cities like Tacoma and federal way. Feel free to text me any specific questions you’re wondering or if there’s anything I can help you with to move to/from the area ✌️
@@LivinginEastsideSeattle yeah, that’d be great if there was a video showing things like cost of living (rent, gym membership average, sales tax, commute to downtown Seattle, gas price if car dependent or cost of transportation to downtown Seattle, groceries, utilities, etc). I’m from a foreign country and will be moving to Seattle with my wife until the mid of the year to work. I’m used to take up to 1h to 1h30 to get to work by car so I wouldn’t mind on living further away from Seattle if that would mean more piece, access to easy grocery places and some level of city (maybe a mall, some movie theaters, parks, and places to buy basic needs like clothes, shoes or any basic stuff like electronics, furnitures, etc ) and probably not only getting more for my hard sweaty money but also allowing me to save more than if we’d live in the actual Seattle city where rent for a 2bd is usually well above 3k
First of all congrats! That's really exciting and a great opportunity to explore the fantastic lifestyle options this beautiful area offers. I'll work on a comprehensive video addressing all your queries, including details on rent, gym, sales tax, commute options, and more. Based on what you're looking for a few great areas come to mind :) I'd love to connect personally to discuss your specific needs to find the perfect place. Feel free to reach out anytime, and I can personally narrow down a search for you to try and keep you under an hour commute, and under $3k/mo! calendly.com/coryquinn
I lived in Seattle back in '93-97 and paid 550 for a one bedroom on Queen Anne Ave next to Bayview Manor. That same apartment costs 1700 now? Damn. Did enjoy living there back in the day, though. Couldn't afford Bellevue then and can't afford to now if I went back🤣🤠🍺
That’s right! Hey lasserchris, yes I would say 1700 for a one bedroom and 2800 for a two bedroom is about right in Queen Anne right now - Things have heated up quite a bit with all of the tech companies setting up shop. If you still know anyone moving out or into the area please give them my info!! 😃✌️
