Hmm, I once read that RoboCop 2 was mostly shot in 1989, but the date of this video basically means that filming continued well into 1990

It was a mess of a production. They originally did intend for a Christmas release in 1989, but they fired directors, rewrote the screenplay and then pushed the release till summer 1990.

I don't think they were shooting at this time. Peter was dressed normally. Maybe came back for some editing, that's all.
