Great job! I like how you spend your breaks in between questions with reading a book. So productive. I usually scroll through Instagram or UA-cam for 15-20 months before restarting but i think i would like to start reading instead to get through some books I've saved on my kindle. Thank you so much! The more I've gotten into reading, the more I've reached for a book instead of scrolling! And yes, you should! It's just as entertaining as being on your phone (if you have the right book) but it's better for you!
