My runs always end up late morning early afternoon. I sweat so dang much. I take a squeeze bottle with me and especially right now where I’ve been running less I just go with run/walks. It helps get through the heat. My new running area has some decent shade areas too. I’m going nice and easy and I just keep drinking!
Same here! My mornings are full due to getting my family up and out the door, and then I can run. Hydration has been a key factor in everything! What squeeze bottle are you using? 🤓
If it's too warm for me to run outside, I run indoors on a treadmill or at an indoor track. That way I can control the temperature and humidity, and make sure I'm comfortable and hydrated.

@@RunningGeekGirl I have the blue one. It has a Nike swish on it. I think it’s about 16 oz.

Personally, I don’t mind running indoors when I have to! Much easier to control all the conditions around me! 🩷🤓
I run walk pretty much every run when it's hot and humid. It's the only way for me to survive 😂
I definitely add a lot more walk breaks and longer cooldown after the run! 🤓
I sometimes walk with a cotton shirt on. You can really tell the difference.
Same here! I can’t imagine how it would feel if I was running and sweating a lot more! 🤓
