I thought I'd just let you know that I have bad arthritis in my knees and find when listening to ASMR particularly the sound the Q-Tips were making strangely gave me some temporary pain relief, so I can only assume there are triggers that cause certain areas of the brain to stimulate some endorphin's, thank you. ~ Karen

Dr. Tingles ASMR I do a lot of relaxation techniques and due to the pain as I await the knee replacement surgery it's become a little more challenging so I was looking for alternatives as I don't like putting painkillers in my system. With my work i need my wits about me :) Feel free to use my comment as a testimonial if need be, perhaps you could start a curio study by asking your subscribers if they have found ASMR has helped them with any ailments. perhaps with the right keywords in your video it may attract attention from the powers that be to research the benefits. My Surgeon & GP were amazed when I told them of the relief ASMR gave me, I've had everything from cortisone to the white blood cells extracted from my blood and re-injected into the knee caps and I have no where near the relief I get from these and others sessions. Almost 3 years ago, I found this video and got involved into ASMR. This was the first video that really introduced me to ASMR, and I've been an active watcher and subscriber since.
Wow. Vincent has perfect weapon-safety control. He made sure the hammer was uncocked whilst the weapon was unattended, and remained in sight of the firearm at all times. Very good.
The qtips on the mics is my absolute favorite trigger and to this day I’ve NEVER found another video that gets the sound as perfect as you do in this video. I am begging you, please please PLEASE record a video featuring that trigger.

Watching this again for the first time in 3 years and love how Dr.T chose a 1911 as the gun to use, it matches Vincent's intimidating yet sophisticated character.

So there's this thing called gloving (weird I know but stay with me) where you use your hands to make lights that attached to the ends of fingers in cool patterns and shapes and stuff. It gets really cool and advanced and for me personally I noticed that glover's often trigger my asmr and people who like gloving also have ASMR sensations most of the time. Might be worth looking into to learn some cool basic hand motions.
