Just caught the feed so viewing the replay. Welcome gang. I think Robert has the Arctic Salmond look going. You realize that you are a king in 95% of the world when you visit a place of such diversity in the have and have not equation. How fortunate we are. Very good report. So how long til we see the movie? Safe travels for my Nordic ADV friends. USA will take all the money you can bring and then some. It's crazy here to just travel one day. Budget needs to be $200 plus a day per person and going up. I'm lucky I have a lot to see really close to home and within a 1000 miles I can see a lot. The Honda in the 3rd world is a big bike. Noraly experiences that every day many times. Back to the king deal. Riding undercover. Robert burnt the dingleberry bushes out of the blow hole. Any issues with Malaria there? Very positive. Bye
I agree, it's too easy to forget these circumstances not seeing it with our own eyes or not really know much about it. Wasn't aware that the Masai show one culture but actually have another part of it. For us it has been crazy expensive to travel in US due to the exchange rates lately. The inflation is over here as well. What i can see through my work is that hotells and meals has rised alot since i travelled more to US myself. If You ride backcountry roads, camp and cook some by your self, could You cut some costs? I know that the Nomads prefer to not pack any camping gear on most of their trips, but that could be concidered. Wildcamp does not seem to be an option in US? What does a tent spot cost compared to a cabin or hostel? /Mattias
Thanks bud. Indeed how fortunate we are. US is a mission to accomplish when the parameters are right. Malaria is a problem fore sure here in Tanzania. We take the pills every day. Cheers
5:17 is where the echo goes away. It is impressive how the same settings that worked last time does not work this time. Almost like I think the guys are pulling my leg 😂 Enjoy a great episode with Robert telling about his latest adventure.
We need some preflight checklist with all the optional settings😂 Thanks to the guys listening to and helped with the problem solving. We learn something every time. Really interesting to listen to the Nomads experiences, just about the time Rob is back home for a rest it's our time to gather for some ADV Tjommi!
