I'm from just north of Motown, this groove is great, that drummer is in the pocket! The Temptations did this about 50 years ago, excellent version!

I'm a huge fan of Rebecca's, but as funky as she is, I noticed that the groove didn't really hit until 00:41 when the drummer's foot nailed "the one." In other words, James Brown had it right.
