I was a also a very powerful pastor and bishop for many many years but it ruined me and my ministry, my marriage, my life, my job, my health, my mind, my spirit, everything was destroyed and taken from me. From 12 until recently and am almost 50. I finally realized it was all traced to this and that i destroyed myself and my life and my spiritual life. I realized devil had me in the worse bondage ever. It’s worse than alcohol or like a drug addict. I stopped finally and I pray I never relapse again. My life is already slowly changing back to normal. It’s a combination of many things you have to do, but every person is a little different. But For me nothing worked all of my life, but when I finally really made my mind up that I have to stop at all cost. It’s a combination of mostly discipline, and hard work, keeping your mind and body busy, lots of prayer and Bible study mostly divine spiritual supernatural help, it’s very very spiritual. You also may need to first get deliverance from those spirits or demons. But they will keep coming back and trying you. That’s why you have to have discipline and prayer.

Funny how I had to stop it unwillingly, resigned from my job and moved back to my hometown because my neighbors in the city I live in had recorded me secretly and spread the video in the whole city. Avoiding your phone is a potent step. But make sure you're born again. Ask God to help you. Read the Bible everyday for transformation. Then stay away from social media. My last sentence above was the commandment God gave me as the solution one midnight as I was praying. The comedies & flesh-provoking videos on social media (esp Facebook, I repeat, esp Facebook) pump up the flesh every time I stay long on social media. Staying away from social media has prevented my flesh from rising up to that state. So it has reduced the frequency of the periods where the flesh increases in lusts. God bless you
