Meaning that Izuku and his OFA, is the reason to that Ochako could be part of the UA in the end. PS. This makes me think in Harry Potter saving Hermione from the Troll in the Philosopher Stone, as basically Hermione and Ochako were in danger by a giant robot and a troll, until that Harry and Izuku were to their rescue, saving them. Adding that this facts, started their friendships.
All movies are canon for only with Deku has OFA 1. Two Heroes takes place in between after Final Exams and before Forest Training Camp 2. Heroes Rising takes place in between after My Villain Academia and before Endeavor Agency 3. World Heroes Mission takes place during Endeavor Agency but it’s best to watch after S5 ends 4. You’re Next takes place in between after UA Traitor and before Final War
Even if you take the movies into account, they take place after Deku would have never received one for all in this example. So as far as the movies go, they would have been completely different as someone else would have saved the day most likely. After all there is still the possibility that without Deku diverting Shigaraki's focus, Snipe might not have saved All Might.

I feel that Inko would've had Izuku drop out of UA as she was thinking of doing that in canon and with other students dying, she would definitely be more convinced. Pre Festival Shoto could be convinced to join the League as he wanted nothing to do with Endeavor and Dabi could make their father look worse.
There's one little snag that may not be a big deal, but is still significant: Shigaraki became a more competent villain after his talk with Deku at the end of season 2, making him realize his personal motive for his villainy. Without this conversation, AFO wouldn't have thought Shigaraki was ready to move forward with his plans, thus postponing events until such a time as his successor was emotionally prepared. AFO never rushes into things, which was why he took so long to enact his plans in the first place.
@TempestJet Star and Stripe got involved only because she thought there was no other way. All Might was out of power, Japan's heroes were quitting left and right, and Shigaraki had made himself known to the world with his devastating upgrade. So, no, sadly. That much would've played out the same, only later in time.
I doubt theyd find out that Lemillion only has one year to live cuz the only reason they found that information out was cuz of blackwhip making All Might research the previous users more and Bakugo connecting the dots. So theyd probably assume Lemillion has all the time in the world when in reality he doesnt
He wouldn’t know but I think they would start to notice after monitoring him working with one for all first A week. Mirio would begin to feel himself rapidly aging and then because he is A U.A. student Nezu would be notified almost immediately. Nezu and All might research and find out the truth in like 3 weeks. So probably same result.
I'm not so sure that AFO beats Star and Stripe in this alternate timeline. The biggest reason she didn't win in the canon timeline is because the lines between AFO and Shiggy were blurred, and because they were having an identity crisis she couldn't make a rule that impacted them directly. If All Might dying in Kamino brings Star to Japan much sooner it'll place her there before Shiggy gets his quirk awakening level up, and the fight is more likely to go in Star's favor.
If that's the case shiggy wouldn't be the one confront star but AFO himself. Ofc it's not like AFO needs to face her alone he can force bring everyone along with him along with many nomu. And remember AFO real name is unknown. Just Shigaraki something.
This really puts into perspective how important Deku is to the story. Without him, a lot more lives would be lost. He saved people when he was around because he lived up to his word of becoming a hero.
I think if Deku didn’t get OfA, he probably would have been able to save Uraraka by running at her, pulling away the rumble and them running away. I think he could get into Ua and do well as he has got a lot of plot armour and is very smart and decisive.
He really does not have the mental wiring to do that. He would run in trying to help. Move some of the rubble out of the way. At least the smaller pieces. He would not run away. He actually would freeze up. It is unlikely he would be saved due to where the students were on the floor. If this was the exam of mutant 15 or whatever the anime is called. Then, the top of that class definitely would have destroyed the robot without hesitation.
If and if he somehow pass the entrance exam and he lands in 1a, I'm not sure if he would pass aizawa test on the first day or he would be expelled. Looking at aizawa at the beginning it doesn't seem he would be impressed with him.
I have watched the series till season 5 and I gotta say mirio is the best example of a hero after all might was gone. It’s sad he couldn’t inherit OFA the same way deku could.
I'm sure some parents who's children are in the hero course also would have pulled there kids from U.A due to fearing for their kids lives, leading to there being less students.
Also some students could not have a quirk and it wouldn't make a difference, a good example would be Mei hatsume the inventor girl. Her quirk is literally just to see really far away. It doesn't help her invent things or save people or anything at all really

Doubt it as it grows stronger and passed on the burden also grows higher than before. Shigaraki's body who is enhanced to be that of perfect nomu disintegrated by count of minutes. If that is even minutes. I even call a year far too generous amount, 2-4 months is the most likely

AFO doesn't even use the power of OFA at all, since he thought it's completely destroyed. He got disintegrated because he is unable to hold both AFO and OFA. OFA didn't get stolen so it remains separate from AFO.
Imagine if Horikoshi ever tough adding alternative universes in MHA. Yes, it would probably be a stretch since there is nothing new to develop but if we add a villain who could've a quirk that opens portals to other dimensions as his way of saving everyon from Quirk Doomsday theory

Its the same as many others. Like an episode in rugrats were Chukie felt he shouldn't exist, he is the main characters best friend. All the characters come together to succeed. It's the magic of social. So yes without Deku's quirk he gets, everything would fall apart
No Mirio would had die because Eri would’ve made Mirio not exist because in the main show Mr. Azawa save deku by turning off eri power but now he dead mirio would die sooner
I would love to see you do a couple what ifs. What if the original user of one for all had the ability to transfer not only one for all but other things as well to himself and other. For example transfer the strength of a rock and hardness of a diamond speed of a vehicle flexibility of either water or bamboo for example to himself or others either temporarily or permanently how would that affect the story. That was the first one the next one is. What if deku had a Quirk that could not work until he got a hold of one for all for example like the gamer powers. All it could be having someone give him the game powers and it's not a Quirk so one for all would not negatively affect him. What if deku trained in martial arts to replace him not having a Quirk when he found out when he was four however he still gets one for all later on. What if all might was fully healed but still gave deku one for all. And technically did not lose power when transferring one for all to deku when all might finally fought all for one. What if Stars and stripes got one for all and then passed it on to deku. In this version all might give Stars and stripes one for all five years before the start of Canon and then she used her new power to fully restore all might and let him still technically have his full power until he found deku and then she that gives deku one for all. However she probably has at least 18 rules that she can make now permanently even after giving up one for all. And one of them is to keep all my fully healthy and allow him to tap into his original full power and for her to still have all 18 orders. And of course would be 9 times. In stronger
One small detail I don’t agree with : Stars And Stripes wouldn’t die to the hands of Shigaraki because she would confront him wayyy before he would be at a near perfect state. She would probably be able to inflinct incredible damage to his body, but Shigaraki would retreat to fight on another day
Honestly if at least one student died then I doubt any work studies/internships would've been done. So Uraraka would've never learned martial arts and Iida may have survived. Tho I also doubt that the government and citizens would actually allow high schoolers to fight in the war or do full hero work so maybe the hassaikai raid didn't have lemillion and the first war had zero students including lemillion. It's a pretty interesting hypothetical tbh
Iida was so focused on reveng, if he wouldn't get any chance to hosu for internship you can bet he would go there alone without anyone knowing. And regarding your point of not allowing high schooler, the show shows the exact opposite of that. The government/hpsc would force all students with license to take part if number of heroes are not enough. If All might died by AFO no doubt many heroes would choose to retire early. Citizens wouldn't care about that too if they think the heroes failed.

I dont think Star and Stripes goes down as easily if she acts earlier, though and I think would be nice if it shifts to her and Mirio to further contrast Deku and All Might and I'm sure she could train him in some things with Nighteye being the "Aizawa" of the group
I feel like if so many students died early on but particularly when Mirio became the new 'Symbol of Peace' he would have been way, way more involved in the various plots than is shown in this video, yet here he does pretty much nothing bar his one canon arc.
And this right here is why I don't understand people who don't like Deku. I understand that he cries a lot, but like, why is that a problem? I feel like after everything he's been through, he deserves to cry, you know? Plus, if he didn't exist or wasn't as empathetic and persistent as he is then, as this video shows, basically everyone would die. So, yeah, I just feel like this video is a good reminder of that. Also, the guilt Tokoyami must feel despite Shoji hypothetically dying not being his fault actually breaks my heart. In fact, my heart is broken for everyone should this alternate reality be truly real and authentic.
I think that mirio would've won tbh. Maybe the only way he'd go down is that he'd be trying to protect people so he'd take hit for them but if he does the focus on taking afo down. Many heroes die but eventually he defeats them. If his stamina lasts of course

I like how you mentioned there would be another student there in place of Deku so they would’ve ended up with asui and mineta on the boat so they might not have died
The movies are canon and the characters from the movies show up in the anime. Also, the gauntlet that Deku uses from the 1st movie he uses in season 7 (which Melissa is referenced as well).
Personally I think the story could have been easily reworked a bit, personally I find it more interesting and inspiring for a person with no powers in a world of quirks to become the number one hero and defeat villains using his wits, the second Deku got a quirk I had lost all interest in his character, and when AFO was brought back into the story to be the main antagonist I completely dropped the series, it would have been far better if the Safety Committee running things in the shadows of the Hero Society would have been far more interesting. Just my opinion though.
@theofficialliedetector1545 I don’t know about predictable, it would be far better to write a whole chain of command within the safety committee, not knowing who to trust, and seeing how far up the chain of command the corruption goes in the name of “peace” and “justice” and you could make it a whole council of characters not just one big bad guy doing evil for the sake of evil. A super hero genre anime that has a much better story that does this is Tiger & Bunny in my opinion.
Mirio with OFA would be insanely powerful. He would likely have been at Kamino as well being a third year and a sidekick. I think AllMight and Mirio would have defeated AFO at Kamino together. And assuming Stars and Stripes came earlier, she would have undoubtedly defeated both as the only reason she lost to Shiggy is because he didn’t know who he was and had no sense of self at the time.

And he would be able to bring out more power from the start then Deku could because his body has been conditioned, as he had to work to be peak physical condition even for his own quirk. He has a very technical quirk as well so understanding and utilizing the other quirks alongside his if he is affected by the singularity makes him even stronger. There is also no way that Mirio would sit back while three students were kidnapped after the death of four. AFO would be defeated at Kamino with a combo of All Might and Mirio with OFA

@@kevinimation5508 For one, he wouldn’t need the other quirks. Secondly, where has it ever been stated that the users would die instantly? Their lifespan is shortened because of OFA. OFA is a singular quirk with the ability of other quirks that were previously used by others and now stored inside via the vestige of said user. The users previously didn’t die because of the other quirks, otherwise All Might would have access to them. They died because OFA and their own quirk was something their bodies could not handle. If it was the case that their quirks are considered other quirks, then Deku would also suffer the same problem of having a body with two or more quirks and die early. That ain’t the case. OFA reached a singularity point as Yoichi stated, which seems to be like a quirk awakening. Unless it was explicitly stated he would die instantly, nothing in the narrative implies this.
@@hitokirij no one has ever unlocked other quirks besides deku. other died because of short life span from only using 2 quirks + previous quirks they unable to use, their own original quirk plus ofa shorthen their lifespan. deku is an empty vessel, and ofa reaches its full capacity because of that, if it was given to mirio, who already has one original quirk, it will burden him because there are 8 power + his own, he will definitely die earlier than the previous generation. like a broken glass.
Wouldnt the change in the stain arc mean everything would be different afterward? If stain didnt save deku from the nomu, there would be no recording of him doing his speach, which wouldnt give the villains the cloud to get dabi, toga etc on their team. Meaning they wouldnt be there at the camp. And even that would be different, because the sports festival didnt happen. the festival is the reason why they wanted bakugo, because they saw how unhinged he was right? But without that, would they still bother to attack them at the camp? Details asides, its interesting to think about regardless. Good job on the vid!
Stain speech could be given benefit of doubt since none of the league of villains besides spinner really cares about stain. Dabi only cares for vengeance, toga anything for blood, twice recommended by giran and so on. Eventually they would join the league anyway. Shigaraki is the one wanting to kidnap bakugo. AFO doesn't care about it, he only wants to attack camp because he wants to he doesn't need a reason for that beyond wanting to make heroes look bad.
I feel like this is missing a very major factor for Mirio vs AFO and Shigi...if he has OFA fully unlocked like deku did in the final fight, then hed also have access to danger sense. Knowing when and where every attack is coming from, hed be even more untouchable than ever with his permiation. Before he just used good Battle IQ and predictions to know when to activate permiation to either dodge or go on the offensive, now hes got a 6th sense that directly tells him if trouble is coming his way. Solo, all on his own, he was able to dance around multiple high end nomu in the original series, but lacked the POWERRRRR to do any meaningful damage. If he now has the power beyond that of a prime Almight, then, then he should be capable of dishing out the necessary damage, with the necessary speed and defensive measures to take down any villain that comes his way. "But how will he get around Shigis regeneration or AFO using eris quirk" well, for starter AFO wouldnt have the quirk since Mirio would have taken down Chisaki and his men wayyy easier(lowkey couldve taken chisaki down instantly when he runs into him for the first time ont he street), everything would have been secured much faster and more efficiently. Thered also be no time to snatch the bullets if Mirio just showed up and layed down the hammer on everyone there instantly. AFO didnt upgrade himself defensively between his fight with Almight and the final battle, so Mirio should have absolutely enough power to handle him even easier than Almight did in their first encounter in the anime. Now SHIGI and his regeneration would be a problem, but thats where an unexpected hero would show up, Stars and Stripes. Knowing Almight is actually DEAD shed see the situation as more serious than just needing to show up to stop a single Shigi. Instead, shed seek out the hero who inherited OFA, meeting with Mirio and working together to make a plan for the final fight. Theyd obviously know about Shigis regenerative ability, but this time its much less of an issue. Initially she and Shigi would be fighting just like how it originally went down, and Mirio is handling AFO at the same time. With Mirio having way more power than Almight when he fought AFO he should stomp him with almost no difficulty, taking no punches thanks to danger sense+permiation and speed blitzing him since AFO doesnt have the same speed and physical stats as Shigi (plus Mirio slowing him down even more with Gear Shift). AFO gets handled in maybe a minute or two tops here, Star was able to hold shigi off for about 5 minutes, enough time for Mirio to beat AFO and turn the fight against shigi into a 2v1. Mirio is able to put gear shift to use, slowing down shigi similar to how deku did, and with AFO out of the picture, Star can successfully place an order on Shigi since AFO is unconscious(or even dead honestly since theyd have no reason to leave him alive) and unable to impact his mind (shigi not knowing if hes shigi or AFO) Star gives the command that his heart will stop and that ends the battle.
@@CodexVR124 the reason deku capable to use multi quirk is because he's quirkless. Mirio would've died at the very same time if he gets additional quirks. That is if he didn't die first to extreme burden to his life span. Shigaraki's body disintegrated within minutes even with his body enhanced to be perfect nomu like. A year is far too generous, extremely generous time limit.
@yoru8815 All Might was also quirk less and only had one ability from OFA. It was just time for OFA to finally activate, Deku had the benefit of living longer with it due to not having a quirk, but Mirio should be good for that year.

You changed the story quite a bit early on. Toshinori thought All For One was dead. He was not recruiting Izuku to fight him. He was looking for a new symbol to keep someone like AFO from rising again in the new genderation. Also, he only suspected that OFA shortened lifespans, something he did not share with Izuku so he would not have told Mirio. By the time Mirio found out he only had a year he'd be halfway through it.
In my opinion if deku never got ofa he would become a quirkless hero or join the villains or became a vigilante making the heros impressed making him a hero or afo would make deku his successor instead of shigaraki just to piss off all might
In my opinion Mirio would never be able to control Permeation with One For All’s power behind it would probably activate randomly and kill him one day.
1:56 - 2:23 All Might already knew about Mirio he just met Midoriya before he gave it to him i think (i could be wrong tho, my memory's bad), also they didn't know OFA shortens lifespans until sometime after Midoriya got OFA so Mirio would not get that information...
I think that if deku weren’t to be a ua hero corse student he probably wouldn’t be at ua at all. General studies course is not the class for hero course rejects, it’s just straight up another course that Shinso alternatively choose probably bc so that he can still go to UA. The same could be said for Deku but I doubt he’d pass the admission exam since it would only be there the written part and Deku barely passed the hero one. Even though he actually passed that he got into the hero course through the practical exam so probably the written test alone wouldn’t be enough for him to be accepted at ua at all
Mineta dying i can see but 8m not sure if Tsuyu would as, what with what bakugo said, most of the villains that were brought to the USJ were low level villains. So long as you have a cool head you can take out most of them with hit and run tactics (like ojiro) or beat them outright. Also, I don't think star loses to AfO since she come too quickly, shigi and AfO aren't fused and thus strong enough to counter her quirk.
Stars and Stripes would NOT lose this early on since no matter how much you glaze AFO, Shigaraki is not locked in NOR is he Nomufied and conflicted about his identity. AFO doesn't have the rewind either, so you can't pull the "Prime AFO" shtick either. Unless she pulls a Vigilante Deku rather than helping the heroes out directly, she isn't dying anytime soon.
I feel like the moment a student died the hero society would crumble especially UA reputation. An apology wont do much. A student dying in mha will make too much of an impact on the series story progression. Its not like “oh they died im sorry then lets move on to sports festival”. Theres a reason the adults/pro trying so hard to keep them alive. Its a very realistic concept compared to other shounen the “dark/edgy”
To be honest, here is my reasoning what I think might have happened to Uraraka! She failed the Entrance Exam! She scored 28 villain points, but no rescue points! Because her saving Deku was the reason why she got to U.A. in the first place! But if Deku wasn’t there, Uraraka would fail because she didn’t score any rescue points, which were only gained from saving Midoriya at the 11th Hour
I don't believe All for One would figure out that All Might had a successor because the reason he did in the original story was due to Shigaraki's observations of Deku, which he wouldn't have been able to do with Mirio, so there's a chance All for One wouldn't be ready to take on Mirio in the final war
I kind of wonder if deku hadn’t been accepted to UA in this timeline would he have gone to AFO to receive a quirk in exchange for his loyalty? I wonder this because when all might tells him about AFO he doesn’t know who he is, or believes he was a myth. If he had, would he have gone down the path of villainy? I think he wouldn’t have had a choice given that AFO would be smart enough not to give a quirkless child who wanted to be a hero a quirk that could potentially stop him, and probably would’ve made a failsafe.
I think after the hero entrance entrance exam for UA high I think deku would not gotten excepted and probably become a villain insteadof a hero he always wanted

Izuku would never go the villain route. His desire to be a hero is too rooted in his core for him to become anything but a good person. The only conceivable way he’d become a villain is if his perception of being a hero is corrupted like Stain but without powers or the connections to get strong support items there’s little he can actually do to impact the world
Providing the sports festival doesnt happen villains wouldnt attack the summer camp, because bakugo didnt make himself look like they could recruit him

If deku didn’t have one for all, Uraraka would be dead because he used OFA to kill the 0 pointer, and uraraka was stuck under debris.

There's one little snag that may not be a big deal, but is still significant: Shigaraki became a more competent villain after his talk with Deku at the end of season 2, making him realize his personal motive for his villainy. Without this conversation, AFO wouldn't have thought Shigaraki was ready to move forward with his plans, thus postponing events until such a time as his successor was emotionally prepared. AFO never rushes into things, which was why he took so long to enact his plans in the first place.
And if Shigaraki isn't ready to move forward there's a much better chance that Star and Stripe would be able to defeat AFO.

All Might was out of power, Japan's heroes were quitting left and right, and Shigaraki had made himself known to the world with his devastating upgrade. So, no, sadly. That much would've played out the same, only later in time.

I'm not so sure that AFO beats Star and Stripe in this alternate timeline. The biggest reason she didn't win in the canon timeline is because the lines between AFO and Shiggy were blurred, and because they were having an identity crisis she couldn't make a rule that impacted them directly. If All Might dying in Kamino brings Star to Japan much sooner it'll place her there before Shiggy gets his quirk awakening level up, and the fight is more likely to go in Star's favor.
If that's the case shiggy wouldn't be the one confront star but AFO himself. Ofc it's not like AFO needs to face her alone he can force bring everyone along with him along with many nomu. And remember AFO real name is unknown. Just Shigaraki something.

This really puts into perspective how important Deku is to the story. Without him, a lot more lives would be lost. He saved people when he was around because he lived up to his word of becoming a hero.
I think if Deku didn’t get OfA, he probably would have been able to save Uraraka by running at her, pulling away the rumble and them running away. I think he could get into Ua and do well as he has got a lot of plot armour and is very smart and decisive.

He really does not have the mental wiring to do that. He would run in trying to help. Move some of the rubble out of the way. At least the smaller pieces. He would not run away. He actually would freeze up. It is unlikely he would be saved due to where the students were on the floor. If this was the exam of mutant 15 or whatever the anime is called. Then, the top of that class definitely would have destroyed the robot without hesitation.
If and if he somehow pass the entrance exam and he lands in 1a, I'm not sure if he would pass aizawa test on the first day or he would be expelled. Looking at aizawa at the beginning it doesn't seem he would be impressed with him.

Not necessarily true. Ua hero entrance exam can be taken by any student without quirk, whether they pass or not is different matter.
Also some students could not have a quirk and it wouldn't make a difference, a good example would be Mei hatsume the inventor girl. Her quirk is literally just to see really far away. It doesn't help her invent things or save people or anything at all really

AFO doesn't even use the power of OFA at all, since he thought it's completely destroyed. He got disintegrated because he is unable to hold both AFO and OFA. Honestly if at least one student died then I doubt any work studies/internships would've been done. So Uraraka would've never learned martial arts and Iida may have survived. Tho I also doubt that the government and citizens would actually allow high schoolers to fight in the war or do full hero work so maybe the hassaikai raid didn't have lemillion and the first war had zero students including lemillion. It's a pretty interesting hypothetical tbh

And regarding your point of not allowing high schooler, the show shows the exact opposite of that. The government/hpsc would force all students with license to take part if number of heroes are not enough. If All might died by AFO no doubt many heroes would choose to retire early. Citizens wouldn't care about that too if they think the heroes failed.

I feel like after everything he's been through, he deserves to cry, you know? The movies are canon and the characters from the movies show up in the anime. Also, the gauntlet that Deku uses from the 1st movie he uses in season 7 (which Melissa is referenced as well).
Personally I think the story could have been easily reworked a bit, personally I find it more interesting and inspiring for a person with no powers in a world of quirks to become the number one hero and defeat villains using his wits, the second Deku got a quirk I had lost all interest in his character, and when AFO was brought back into the story to be the main antagonist I completely dropped the series, it would have been far better if the Safety Committee running things in the shadows of the Hero Society would have been far more interesting. Just my opinion though.

@@kevinimation5508 For one, he wouldn’t need the other quirks. Secondly, where has it ever been stated that the users would die instantly? Their lifespan is shortened because of OFA. OFA is a singular quirk with the ability of other quirks that were previously used by others and now stored inside via the vestige of said user.
The users previously didn’t die because of the other quirks, otherwise All Might would have access to them. They died because OFA and their own quirk was something their bodies could not handle.
If it was the case that their quirks are considered other quirks, then Deku would also suffer the same problem of having a body with two or more quirks and die early.
That ain’t the case. OFA reached a singularity point as Yoichi stated, which seems to be like a quirk awakening.
Unless it was explicitly stated he would die instantly, nothing in the narrative implies this.

Wouldnt the change in the stain arc mean everything would be different afterward? If stain didnt save deku from the nomu, there would be no recording of him doing his speach, which wouldnt give the villains the cloud to get dabi, toga etc on their team. Meaning they wouldnt be there at the camp. And even that would be different, because the sports festival didnt happen. the festival is the reason why they wanted bakugo, because they saw how unhinged he was right? But without that, would they still bother to attack them at the camp?

Stain speech could be given benefit of doubt since none of the league of villains besides spinner really cares about stain. Dabi only cares for vengeance, toga anything for blood, twice recommended by giran and so on. Eventually they would join the league anyway.
Shigaraki is the one wanting to kidnap bakugo. AFO doesn't care about it, he only wants to attack camp because he wants to he doesn't need a reason for that beyond wanting to make heroes look bad.

I feel like this is missing a very major factor for Mirio vs AFO and Shigi...if he has OFA fully unlocked like deku did in the final fight, then hed also have access to danger sense. Knowing when and where every attack is coming from, hed be even more untouchable than ever with his permiation. Before he just used good Battle IQ and predictions to know when to activate permiation to either dodge or go on the offensive, now hes got a 6th sense that directly tells him if trouble is coming his way. Solo, all on his own, he was able to dance around multiple high end nomu in the original series, but lacked the POWERRRRR to do any meaningful damage. If he now has the power beyond that of a prime Almight, then, then he should be capable of dishing out the necessary damage, with the necessary speed and defensive measures to take down any villain that comes his way. "But how will he get around Shigis regeneration or AFO using eris quirk" well, for starter AFO wouldnt have the quirk since Mirio would have taken down Chisaki and his men wayyy easier(lowkey couldve taken chisaki down instantly when he runs into him for the first time ont he street), everything would have been secured much faster and more efficiently. Thered also be no time to snatch the bullets if Mirio just showed up and layed down the hammer on everyone there instantly. AFO didnt upgrade himself defensively between his fight with Almight and the final battle, so Mirio should have absolutely enough power to handle him even easier than Almight did in their first encounter in the anime. Now SHIGI and his regeneration would be a problem, but thats where an unexpected hero would show up, Stars and Stripes. Knowing Almight is actually DEAD shed see the situation as more serious than just needing to show up to stop a single Shigi. Instead, shed seek out the hero who inherited OFA, meeting with Mirio and working together to make a plan for the final fight. Theyd obviously know about Shigis regenerative ability, but this time its much less of an issue. Initially she and Shigi would be fighting just like how it originally went down, and Mirio is handling AFO at the same time. With Mirio having way more power than Almight when he fought AFO he should stomp him with almost no difficulty, taking no punches thanks to danger sense+permiation and speed blitzing him since AFO doesnt have the same speed and physical stats as Shigi (plus Mirio slowing him down even more with Gear Shift). AFO gets handled in maybe a minute or two tops here, Star was able to hold shigi off for about 5 minutes, enough time for Mirio to beat AFO and turn the fight against shigi into a 2v1. Mirio is able to put gear shift to use, slowing down shigi similar to how deku did, and with AFO out of the picture, Star can successfully place an order on Shigi since AFO is unconscious(or even dead honestly since theyd have no reason to leave him alive) and unable to impact his mind (shigi not knowing if hes shigi or AFO) Star gives the command that his heart will stop and that ends the battle.

That is if he didn't die first to extreme burden to his life span. Shigaraki's body disintegrated within minutes even with his body enhanced to be perfect nomu like. A year is far too generous, extremely generous time limit.
@yoru8815 All Might was also quirk less and only had one ability from OFA. It was just time for OFA to finally activate, Deku had the benefit of living longer with it due to not having a quirk, but Mirio should be good for that year.

You changed the story quite a bit early on. Toshinori thought All For One was dead. He was not recruiting Izuku to fight him. He was looking for a new symbol to keep someone like AFO from rising again in the new genderation. Also, he only suspected that OFA shortened lifespans, something he did not share with Izuku so he would not have told Mirio. By the time Mirio found out he only had a year he'd be halfway through it.
In my opinion if deku never got ofa he would become a quirkless hero or join the villains or became a vigilante making the heros impressed making him a hero or afo would make deku his successor instead of shigaraki just to piss off all might

I think that if deku weren’t to be a ua hero corse student he probably wouldn’t be at ua at all. General studies course is not the class for hero course rejects, it’s just straight up another course that Shinso alternatively choose probably bc so that he can still go to UA. The same could be said for Deku but I doubt he’d pass the admission exam since it would only be there the written part and Deku barely passed the hero one. Even though he actually passed that he got into the hero course through the practical exam so probably the written test alone wouldn’t be enough for him to be accepted at ua at all
Mineta dying i can see but 8m not sure if Tsuyu would as, what with what bakugo said, most of the villains that were brought to the USJ were low level villains. So long as you have a cool head you can take out most of them with hit and run tactics (like ojiro) or beat them outright.
Also, I don't think star loses to AfO since she come too quickly, shigi and AfO aren't fused and thus strong enough to counter her quirk.
Stars and Stripes would NOT lose this early on since no matter how much you glaze AFO, Shigaraki is not locked in NOR is he Nomufied and conflicted about his identity. AFO doesn't have the rewind either, so you can't pull the "Prime AFO" shtick either. Unless she pulls a Vigilante Deku rather than helping the heroes out directly, she isn't dying anytime soon.
I feel like the moment a student died the hero society would crumble especially UA reputation. An apology wont do much. A student dying in mha will make too much of an impact on the series story progression. Its not like “oh they died im sorry then lets move on to sports festival”. Theres a reason the adults/pro trying so hard to keep them alive. Its a very realistic concept compared to other shounen the “dark/edgy”
To be honest, here is my reasoning what I think might have happened to Uraraka! She failed the Entrance Exam! She scored 28 villain points, but no rescue points! Because her saving Deku was the reason why she got to U.A. in the first place! But if Deku wasn’t there, Uraraka would fail because she didn’t score any rescue points, which were only gained from saving Midoriya at the 11th Hour
I don't believe All for One would figure out that All Might had a successor because the reason he did in the original story was due to Shigaraki's observations of Deku, which he wouldn't have been able to do with Mirio, so there's a chance All for One wouldn't be ready to take on Mirio in the final war

I kind of wonder if deku hadn’t been accepted to UA in this timeline would he have gone to AFO to receive a quirk in exchange for his loyalty? I wonder this because when all might tells him about AFO he doesn’t know who he is, or believes he was a myth. If he had, would he have gone down the path of villainy? I think he wouldn’t have had a choice given that AFO would be smart enough not to give a quirkless child who wanted to be a hero a quirk that could potentially stop him, and probably would’ve made a failsafe.

I think after the hero entrance entrance exam for UA high I think deku would not gotten excepted and probably become a villain insteadof a hero he always wanted
I think if DEKU never got one for all then. Well he would either take on an Iron Man roll and endings, or he would become a villain, and instead of having one for all he has all for one.
Izuku would never go the villain route. His desire to be a hero is too rooted in his core for him to become anything but a good person. The only conceivable way he’d become a villain is if his perception of being a hero is corrupted like Stain but without powers or the connections to get strong support items there’s little he can actually do to impact the world
Why mirio he has said he would not take it if asked so he wouldn't come into this equation plus he wouldn't know about the shortened life span
Providing the sports festival doesnt happen villains wouldnt attack the summer camp, because bakugo didnt make himself look like they could recruit him
@@PawełJaskułowski it doesn't matter, the summer camp would be still attacked because AFO, he wants ragdoll search quirk. Bakugo is just bonus for Shigaraki. Afo is the one who told him when and where to attack.
