- It's easier than you thought, right? I wanted to make these but couldn't find a tutorial for them online, so decided to not only make these Taylor Swift album themed nails for the Eras Tour, but film it all and create a chrome nail art tutorial for you all. Let me know what you think of the final nail look, which nail/album is your favorite and if you'd actually try this:)

If you don't have peely base, you can also do these straight on either wax paper or parchment paper. I think dual forms could also work
Yup or silicone mats .. before I had a nail art mat I used a resistance band and just cut it so it wasn't a circle..I used that thing forever it seems like..

100% going to try this! I always do super intricate nails, last time I had the cast of winnie the pooh. This looks so much better than trying to paint my dominant hand when doing tiny details!

Paint them on a silicone mat, they will peel of perfectly , top coat first cure,design cure,top coat cure, peel off and cut out

@@thegraytergood its actually mindblowing, i remember watching those compilations of nail art back in like 2016, and I've always wanted to do the intricate patterns they put on their nails, but I never could because it was so intricate and required much more skill. but now you found a solution to that, and i can finally do what ive always wanted to do in middle school all by myself!! thank you so much for that!!!

Thank you!! I got the sticker part down but was struggling on how to attach it to the nail!! I painted on a top coat, put the sticker on and the struggled to get it to stay so ended up using a bit of clingfilm tugged really tight to keep it in place 🤣🤣 absolute nightmare and needed to file away the lumps and bumps from the clingfilm!! 😂 nail glue!!! Should have known!

It really worked so well - I got the swatch wheels from Amazon and finally put them to good use:)
You can use wax paper as well plus it's cheap from the dollar stores.. that's what I did before I got a silicone nail mat.. shit I used one of those resistance bands that you use for exercises 😅

Step 1, buy gel polishes
(My polish collection is basically only HT) 😅
Basically 😅 I just used a black and white gel polish and got the chrome from Amazon (which I bought specifically for these nails bc I don’t use a lot of gel either lol) - but I imagine you can also make decals with regular polish, it would just be trickier because the polish dries down quicker.
Yes you can make decals with regular polish that's what I do.. but you need to use wax paper if you don't have a silicone nail mat.. there's videos on here for making decals but I basically just put a square of any kind of clear whether it's base/top coat or clear nail polish then I do my design.. usually something traced or a stamped image color it in then a thin coat of top coat and you can apply it with any kind of clear polish

Do u know any tricks for not biting ur nails I bite my nails from anxiety alot everyday to wear they kinda bleed but if u have any tips can u pls tell me!
For me, I also used to bite and what helped me was having paint on my nails which tasted bad, keeping my nails and skin clear of snags and peels so there’s nothing to bite on (keep them hydrated with a hand lotion or something) and finding something else to fiddle with like a ring or bracelet:) I hope this helps!

OMG i really love this design! It looks so good! After almost one year of growing out my nails i can finally think of shaping and painting them. But i don‘t know how to get them in a nice shape and that‘s why i wanted to ask if you could show us your nails from underneath, i think that could help so much to see what shape your nails actually got and „copying“ it. And i also wanted to ask if u use gel under your designs or if it‘s just the cirque colors nail polish (does it cure under a UV lamp?) you‘ve shown us in one of your latest videos? Do you always use UV polish or do u also use normal nail polish? Because i don‘t have any experience with UV polish, but also very bad experience with non-UV-polish (stays for max 2-3 days) Sorry for so many questions, i hope you can answer them all 😅 Thank you 🥰

as for the polish underneath it depends - if I’m using a look with normal nail polish, I’ll use the Cirque Colors Chiffon nail polish as a base color. For this look and gel looks, I use the RARJSM Milky Rose/Light Pink: amzn.to/3VnTeFu I hope this helps!

here are some things that have really helped me 🥹 I used to have nail nubs but doing these things constantly have changed my life:)
- Use a gentle file, 180 grit or higher or a glass file, don’t clip or use a cheap abrasive file that shreds your nails
- Gloves every single time you’re doing dishes or cleaning, water is so so bad for your nails
- Don’t use your nails as tools! Use a spoon to open cans, don’t rip open packages with your nails, etc etc.
- Always wear polish or gel, bc it’s like armor for your nails
- Round nail shape, square shape tends to break on corners because it’s a stress point (especially with bare nails)
- Put on cuticle oil + lotion at night before bed, more cuticle oil during the day if you can
- Talk to your doctor and see if you have a vitamin/mineral deficiency, that could be affecting the health of your hair/skin/nails

Or you could just use clear polish instead of all the gel in case you don't use gel products.. wax paper works great if you don't have a silicone nail mat. There's videos on UA-cam for making decals and you don't need glue to apply them you just use a clear polish
