Thank you for stopping by. The graphic I used can be confusing. North America is drawn such that it seems the trade winds blow across North America. The trade winds do blow from 0 to 30 degrees north and south as indicated on my map. Sorry for any confusion. kinda hate it how these informations are simplified all in different ways, and you end up with having to read and watch like 10 different sources to get the bigger and more detailed picture. But simplified explanations like this do indeed help, just wish that the books weren't such a mess of different levels of detail all vomited into the same cauldron without being consistent
yes it is so hard to find concise, organized AND detailed info!! better short and no detail than long with blabbering and still no detail though, that's the worst
When make educational videos, try to slow down when you talk, and remove the music at the background, it makes it like an advertisement. So annoying and unfortunately it is very informative video.
Why Polar easterlies are more regular in the southern hemisphere in comparison to the northern hemisphere? The flow of these winds(Polar easterlies) is altered by the Earth"s rotation and deflected towards the east.why?
The map is incorrect. The continents are not placed correctly in relation to lines of latitude. As a result, the map shows the incorrect location of the prevailing winds. For example, the NE Trade winds do not blow across North America as shown (should be the Westerlies).
Your diagram does not look accurate. Westerlies predominate the United States. But you showed only Northeast trade winds over the US. It's common knowledge that winds over the US generally flow West to East. But you showed it backwards. Did you mean to do that? It looks unclear and backwards.

for me this helps a lot as a starting point because you can’t just jump into all the detailed stuff without knowing basics
yeahh its really annoying
Yeah you have a point :(

Thnx for my confusion of coriolis effect
Does moomoomath have a Geometric phenomenon similar to the multitriangle sheet metal layout design method on my channel?

Everybody knows that winds are caused by butterflies flapping their wings on the other side of the world.😜
0:32, doesn't the earth spin antiklockwise?
It spins anti-clock wise when viewed from the top, and clock wise when viewed from the bottom
