I think if there is any major pop punk band that's brought their A Game with every album over the past 10 years, it has to be Simple Plan. They went from silly and fun with their debut, to more "angsty" with their sophmore album in 2004, more "emo'esque" with their self titled album in 2008, and then with Get Your Heart On! and Taking One For the Team they're back to their original selves, just having fun with their material. Makes for some catchy tracks that you can't get enough of.

I kind of thought that I'd grow out of Simple Plan in these 10-15 years but I still like them! I love the lyrics in this song and they have a nice thing going on :) . Even though I'm already 26 years old and listening to heavy metal more than any other genre (mostly melodic death), I find their music entertaining. Nice!
my 16 year old self would be dying of happiness. i must say, as a huge fan back in the day, i'm glad they're back but i don't really see myself listening or fan girling over them like i used to. although, unlike good charlotte who made the worse come back yet, they at least have somewhat of a more "mature" sound compared to their old stuff. good charlotte whom i used to love on the other hand.. felt like they didn't even grow up a little.
