Sofia has got good business sense. Farmers in the Philippines should look more into being the suppliers for bigger markets instead of selling to buyers and the buyers getting most of the profit. But to answer Sofia's question, a good start is having good enough supplies. If you have a small farm, pooling with other farmers to meet the demand is a good way to start.

Smart kid ask smart questions. Anyway, I would suggest it would be great idea to plant strawberries and grapes in your land and then later on pag namunga na you can either sell it in different cities or let tourist go visit your farm and whatever they harvest themselves they will pay per kilogram of course and lastly, put up a small shop that serves coffee/chocolate/tea/cookie/muffins etc. inside your farm so people can have refreshments. Trust me productive ang farm niyo kaysa naka tiwangwang lang lupa sayang naman ang taba ng lupa diyan sa place niyo. Plus the view is breathtaking. Well, I'm just suggesting. 😊

Don't plant too much coconut on the land dahil nakakasira ng lupa ang coconut. Nagda-dry ang lupa. Maganda n'yan ay Rotation Crops like Corn and some Vegies.

because my mother is Filipina she suddenly died recently ,and my father is European , we're facing huge problem now in the property, even there's a lastwill.

You better start planting some trees like mahogany around/along the property dahil ang falcata ay relatively soft-wood. In the future, mahogany would serve as the source of hardwood for construction. Is the title clean or clear ? That property will definitely become a strong link for your daughter (and future kids) to come visit and stay for an extended time at your place of birth. I think you should start planting some perennial crops like coffee and cacao. The harvested berries and beans after little processing can be kept for sometime and sold when the market price is at its highest.
