Step 1 is washing your roof. It’s where the black steaks start. Totally Awesome diluted 50% in a sprayer and a car wash brush makes quick work of it. Works great on awnings too. Heck, I even clean my side by side with it after a muddy day of riding. Good stuff!!
My camper is a 2023 and when I purchased mine, it already had the gutter spout extension installed and it doesn't make any difference I still have those black streaks on mine.
Love this video. I’ve been skeptical about the “awesome orange” I’m going to give it a try. I like the fact that it’s so cheap I guess I don’t have much to lose. I’ve spent a lot on other removers and still haven’t found 1 that works perfect. Excited to try this
You can probably dilute it with water so it’s just enough to remove the streaks. For a finish I see a lot of people use Zep floor polish. You can do multiple coats to desired shine. Check out some other videos on Zep floor polish on RV
"Awesome" video, the Awesome Orange is more than $1.25 on Amazon but I will try my local Dollar Tree to see if they have it. I just bought my first RV and I just subscribed and look forward to watching more of your videos.
Will the awesome start eating away the finish on the outside of the paint and the color starts to get dull. I would like to see a long term on awesome on side of a camper. Thanks
I use the "Awesome" cleaner from Dollar Tree not only for my camper, but also around the house. Especially the kitchen. Works great. How can you beat the price? $1.25.
My Coleman came with gutter spouts installed...doesn't matter lol. I agree on keeping it away from the storage door, but the black streaks are just a fact of life on these things. Good to know the cheap stuff works. I'm gonna get a gallon and put it in my pump sprayer, spray one side at a time, then brush with some wash/wax to scrub it off. Hope it brightens it up a bit. Cause the only thing worse than having a small, tin can camper, is having a dirty one lol
I’m hoping they help a bit between washes. Love that the cheap stuff works well to clean them off because I agree they’ll keep coming back. Thanks for watching!
I don’t know if buddy just can’t read or if he’s using a different product that looks like LA totally awesome but he’s calling it. Awesome orange so I don’t know if he’s using a different product or if that’s the stuff I already have.
@Thecampingloop yeah, when I had my 1st travel trailer, got a spider web situation in the water heater which blew the black smoke all up the side and I couldn't get it off... a guy at the campground brought out his white rain and it came right off. Now I don't know if their formula changed but it would take streaks and smoke stains off clean.
It works great on awnings also and best bug remover you will ever buy .
I definitely was pretty impressed. I will try it on the awning as well and see how it does. Thanks for watching!
Wow great demo, thanks for saving us a few bucks!
Happy to help!
Definitely need to try this. I'm always cleaning these streaks off my trailer. Thanks for the tip
We were pleased with the outcome. Thanks for watching!

Fingers crossed it helps. They were only $12 so figured it was worth the try. Thanks for watching!
I came lookin for a black streak remover and your video was #1 on top, Awesome orange it is! Thanks
No problem! Thanks for watching!

You should! Thanks for watching!
Good video on removing these. The gutters will definitely help. We have these installed on our. Good luck
Glad to hear that these will help. I’ve heard mixed reviews. Thanks for watching
Works great it even took my paint off my rv
Ouch! Never had that happen
Thanks for sharing..... Big question.... Does any of these products remove sealant or wax? I wouldn't want it to. Thanks again. 👍
Unfortunately most likely
@@Thecampingloop 👍
That's my question I'm looking for long term to see what it does to the finish of the camper.

@@blakemartin1231 Thanks, appreciate it. 👍

Awesome 😂 Glad to have you! Happy camping!
I have some luck with simple green in the past. The new trailer we just bought came with gutter spouts so I'm hoping the black marks won't be bad.
Hopefully not. Thanks for watching!
You still get them not as bad though
Looking forward to seeing how well the gutter spouts work. Maybe they’ll help
Will the awesome start eating away the finish on the outside of the paint and the color starts to get dull. I would like to see a long term on awesome on side of a camper. Thanks
We used this with no issues so far!
How long have yall been using it. Just curious.
9-10 months? Maybe a year? It’s worked great. Does definitely take off any wax but haven’t had any issues with paint
Great thank you for that information. Enjoy
Great video!
Thanks for watching!

Definitely can’t beat the price. Really surprised how well it worked removing the streaks. Thanks for watching!
How is it looking now. Any fading happen. Did you use it full strength?
Still looks great. No fading. I did use it full strength. Obviously use something to rinse it a bit👍
Notice awesome dont suppose to be used on glass but i use it on my camper works great
Good tip!

@@Thecampingloop they probably do help, but you'll have them wherever the black molding is. Nice to have a cheap "fix"
@@Thecampingloop correction lol. Just went to check on my camper in storage, and did notice zero streaks starting from that area with gutters
Awesome to hear. That gives up hope!👍
Doesn't awesome orange dull the siding
I’ve never experienced that. It may remove any wax though
Is this just the awesome cleaner, or awesome orange? The bottle looks like just like the original awesome cleaner.
Awesome cleaner. Guess I just thought it was called awesome orange 😂
WD-40 works great also!
Good to know👍
Awesome. Thx
You bet!

Easy champ. It’s totally awesome. Guess I didn’t realize there was 2 different products but thanks for watching!
Awesome cleans everything but it also eats through paint so you better wash it off asap if you use it
True story! We do. Thanks for watching!
White Rain hair spray
Interesting. Good to know👍🏼
