Thank you! I liked the commentary. I nearly made it myself, had full troops but slowly lost my industrial and economy backbone in the mid under the constant heavy attacks. In the end just defended the northern part. Startet to hate the game and cursed a lot lol . Putting some archers and your first tower at the bottom right was the game changer with a new play. Also, using your buildings as walls and defender points was also a good advice.
Prosit and well done. You have stamina brother, it took me so many sessions, saves and breaks. SscorpionN is the seal of a genuine presentation. Struggle: everybody struggled with this one. Fails: show me a man who did not fail, and I show you the door (Ian Anderson). UA-cam is full of AH’s. “The southernmost orifice in the human body”. (Gray's Anatomy).
Technically, you could be tricked into thinking I did this in one sitting because I have the benefit of video editing where I can record multiple 20-30min sessions and then piece them together in one final video :D Still, I believe I did record this mission in one sitting, but that doesn't mean I didn't spend a few days trying this level out with multiple different approaches in my strategy before finding a strat that works and hitting the RECORD button :P P.S. Today I learned two new words: "prosit" and "orifice", so thanks for that ;)
I kill the wolf and the slave king right at the beggining by making about 7 swordsmen 1 healer and the rest archers. But I am on steam version and I don't catch a break literraly as soon as kill the second enemy lord I get sent attack after atack with maybe 30 sec rest at most. I decided to just quit aint even worth it.
I didn't notice all the weapons in the armory. With those I was able to kill the Wolf, The Slave King and the Sultana in one go. With only 3 left attacking me I was able to build up my economy and just spammed crossbowmen. Pretty straight foward after that.
@@SscorpionN Atleast 18 archers if you don't want any casualties and 5 swordsmen ( I was using arabian swordsmen before I knew about the weapons they give you at the begging). You must also send your lord. If you ever played starcraft you know striking first is the key to victory. But it is a double edge sword when you have more than one enemy. When you finish of Wolf you should have produced enough to make more archers to have 32 archers total and go after the slave king you should only lose archers if you do this right. Then head towards sultana and repeat by replenishing your archers. By the time you kill the sultana though, edward and calipha will begin to launch attacks. You can try to take down another but it is risky. I worry about the sultan the last because he takes longer to send attacks. You could also start calipha, slave king and sultana. But I think getting rid of the wolf at the start is better.
@@1Surge Nice strategy! I've tried rushing multiple bots at the beginning, too. In one attempt I was able to kill slave king and Sultana in one attack but when I tried to do it again a couple more times, it just didn't work anymore :)
Thank you. I saw someone else put archers there and it felt genius until I realised how easily those archers get rushed, so I tried putting regular melee units to protect my archers and it didn't work for long but when I put my lord there, it worked like a charm, so it took me a few trial and error attempts to perfect this tactic :)
Hey there, this was the last mission for the base game. After that there were 4 DLCs with their own trails that I covered and uploaded to the same UA-cam playlist: ua-cam.com/video/8PPfB_P1sh0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=SscorpionN

@@SscorpionN (43:50) Your mentioned somebody playing with infinite resources. So, in a way I also agree. However, a fine gaming channel like this one is better left unsmeared by sensitive references. As the Shah likes to put it: “A single match can start the great fire of London”.

In many cases games are a representation of real life, so it's only natural for them to sometimes intertwine and walking the fine line between what is sensitive and what isn't can be tricky sometimes. I love talking to people who have completely different opinions because they have different experiences and perspectives that I haven't thought about which makes me understand different sides better and have a bigger picture. I definitely have my own biases (as everyone else), but I don't think we should completely avoid talking about sensitive topics. In my opinion, when people are afraid to talk about them, then we get a very bipolar situation of "us versus them". The archers and lord you put on the bottom right cliff effective disabled both Sultana and Caliph.
