There is another ending where you attack the witch with holy sword and kill her. IT is a quest reward item from the fatty angel girl which you cant open a single gold chest until you meet her again below the devil's castle
@@kentacle1679 at that point you'll be able to get so damn rich farming items from the various areas that you won't really need to mess around with opening the chests unless you're rooting around for the trophy where you find all the equipable items
Actually, in the end, we were able to kill Beatrice with holy sword. But you have to do quests with the Golden Knight. must not open the chest She will give us a holy sword. But I think you probably already know.
You missed the mimic boss fight. There are more boss fights missed actually, like Beatrice or that fat "holy" knight grill, what'shername, but they are conditional story based fights so never mind. Also that at the end is NOT Goddess Beatrice. It's Goddess period. That form is the "Dark Lady" who's pretty much the Goddess, sealed by Beatrice and who's power she wants to steal by using you. In the bad ending that we see here, the one that you get if you don't have the divine weapon, you do manage to steal an amount of the Goddesses power for Beatrice, but during the fight the seal is undone, she restores her true form and escapes while weakened, however Beatrice does take that part of the Goddesses power, hence succeeding to enact her plans. In other words if there will be a sequel to this game as that team hopes (here we laugh), this will be the official ending. To get the good ending you need the divine weapon that will allow you to fight actual Beatrice after the "Dark Lady" and in that case by killing Beatrice, the Goddesses power is restored and... she is not as grateful as she makes it sound... I mean... her boobs are giggling but she only offers... meh... whatever. There is one more ending as well afterwards but the MC is different.
Since no one responded to this question, and I have only now found this comment a year later, and I did in fact ignore the meat since it looked awful... I can tell you that the conversation plays out exactly the same. You are still a lying meat teeth. I am guessing that the meat is what is giving the +5 hit points here (20 to 25)?
yea game was quite easy, the difficulty is in the controls. It controls like oldschool classic games, everything feels heavy. There is a big delay when rolling or swinging weapons.

I wanted to try this game but I always thought the attack was slow.
Like you could get consistently hit mid swing slow.
