The going 2nd and "Why isn't this working" section is what people need to hear because it requires them to level up their decision making in how to break boards or deal with interruptions.
Some people just want to be hand held thru the game and not having to think about plays. That mindset gets shaken up quick once any form of resistance happens.
Like you said, you can only give them the deck. It's up to them to figure it out.
@@rujo4 This is exactly what my goal of the video was! Just telling people to have realistic expectations and most importantly knowing how the game works.
Some folks think every duels ends with full combo through 2 handtraps..we both know that's not true lol.
What you're saying about people wanting it easy is a product of modern yugioh. Most meta decks pilot themselves.

thank you very much, you give me inspiration. in my version, i create 2 deck magia dragoon : deck for going first and deck for going second to make it more consistent and getting 40 cards maximum.

You can run one of the fusion dragons, either light end or dark end, and then you can use them to make magia with ioc in hand and mudragon on field, but you’ll have to end on it because it dragon locks you.
@@donvang-smith1747 i need to learn the lines to incorporate light and darkness. Have you been running it? Is it better?
@ so I was running light and darkness but it’s super inconsistent, but running one of the effect monsters is a free poly just like Cartesia. The line for dragoon, magia, and light and darkness is a 4 card combo, ioc, toy box, lubellion, and either cartesia/quem, or goddess with third eye, the fusion substitute. Quem is optimal. IOC grab souls, return 5th card, souls sends apprentice, toy box, grab goddess, summon quem send cartesia, toy tank gets apprentice, souls and soldier into anaconda, special cartesia, quem and apprentice into baron, cartesia fuse ioc and goddess in hand, lubellion pitch for magmahut, special magmahut, tribute for lubellion, anaconda for dragoon, magmahut effect end phase grab dark end evaporation, main phase opponent turn cartesia effect fuse lubellion and dark end for light and darkness. Not consistent at all, but possible.
@@donvang-smith1747 ok so this sheds some light on some of the videos ive been seeing. The gameplay looked great, but i doubted it's consistency. Still, I'll play it for fun sometime.
@ yeah it’s not the best option for a spellcaster focused deck lol. It’s super consistent in dedicated branded decks, basically the only negate they have access to in a boss monster, but it’s more of a gimmick here. I’ve dropped it in my deck and replaced it with underworld goddess. The deck floods the board well enough to end on ip +2 monsters for a goddess on opponent’s turn, and also an easy out to chaos angel

I wasnt going into it that often, I preferred using extra bodies to go into masq or a body to go into silvera with woes during opponents turn.
I was finding myself not having many s/t to discard to trigger her eff (after discarding so many for the wf combos), which was deterring me from using her.
Lastly, extra deck space and me wanting to add formula synchron if i played her to go barrone.
Ill use her in non magia lists
@ ok that makes sense. Really praying we get some good support soon. So tired of all these other decks just letting their overpoweredness just carry them while we have to be fucking magical wizards to make sure we make 0 mistake
@@DannyBoy0619 oh yea it's ridiculous. You have to make 0 mistakes just to have a shot... you'll probably still lose against a good player playing yubel bc dm is so weak. 😔
@ agreed. I played against Yubel yesterday. Had a fantastic going 2nd hand where i stopped his board of negates and still went almost full combo. Then of course I go to attack for game, he reveals spirit of yubel, I have to negate but dragoon destroys and when spirit is destroyed here comes the other stupid Yubel monster and I’m forced to attack and basically OTK myself. :/
What happened with "Diviner of the Herald" ?

@@Hyunkeru i never used diviner in my magia list. It's still good in a more dm focused list!
Do you think DM can still hit master without secret village?
@@esosapoems2159 good question: yes i do, but it'll be a lot harder. Going forward we're gonna have to rely on the azamina/fiendsmith engines for support and it'll be a hard climb without a solid floodgate like village.

Amazing video, can you make another video like that one that you showed every combo of the previous dragoon deck with diviner of the herald? With 1/2 cards in the hand, was very helpful, I learned a lot on that video and would be great to see that again with this new deck

Besides the top 10 decks, the number of times I see anything else is very low. 99% of people play the best decks in diamond and master.
