Then from there there’s no quick and easy fix, but your body will adapt to whatever you need it to do and whatever you do the most. Keep it simple, in order to get faster you need to consistently run at your top speed. And you need to get stronger so that your legs can produce more force when your running.

If you have a dream of making it, youve got to get focused in to getting in to real football matches,, (11s & 5s) and doing all that for real. I was on parks for 37 years and could do all that naturally and in games. Youve got the gift but youve got to get the lion in your heart and a hard mind and go do your stuff. Also understand you need a lot of rest and to protect your joints that are wearing out over time. I wore my main disc & hip to nothing doing a fraction of your mobility drills. Wish you all the best!
Hello I was just wondering whether you would know any upper body workouts I could do as I am out injured due to an injury of the intercept the muscle that is close to the quad and I can’t play for a month so if you have got any good callisthenics workouts it would be much appreciated as I don’t want to come back as a slug😅. Thanks
Just don’t think about anything else and focus in your game it’ll just come natural, play as if you’re playing with your friends and it’s nothing too serious just remember give it more than 100%

Try playing a little aggressive with alot of energy and thought process behind your moves and win some games....as you win some games and score some goals , confidence will come to you like a bitch in rainy night asking for help. Note: By aggressive I dont mean picking up fights and playing foulish but just try to take on some players on your own once in a while without being a liability to your team.

@@brandonmcdonagh143 yes, I think you are not able to play that well on pitch with others is because you become to hasty to show off what you are capable of and which is why you are now having confidence issues on the field and becuz of that the performance u have with ur frnds deteriorates in official matches. Just remember team work is dream work. You alone dont have to win matches, your team will always back you up. Skills and performance which you wanna show in official matches will automatically come with it, just be patient and enjoy the game. Becuz players aren't selected on what they can do alone but on how much can they contribute to the team!
Personally, (I'm not a specialist or something) I suggest to simply rest and don't rush anything in the recovery process, focus on not risking anything physically, but sleep well, eat well, and re-energize mentally, you'll be good Brother, believe man!
I broke it too like 6 months ago , waited for it to heal naturally and slowly, its better if it heals all the way rather than rushing it because u may be having problems with it later in your life soo just stay calm and wait for it to heal , wish u a speedy recovery 😄
