hi, I just started learning Lithuanian as I have some Lithuanian friends, and I got interested in their language. thanks to your lessons, I can learn very easily without giving 1-2hrs of learning but just 10-20min everyday! just I don't know how I can conjugate "Rasti", you said I have to remove '-ti' and insert 'n', instead of 's', then suddenly it becomes 'aš rando'... can you explain more about it??
Hi! It's great to know that you are learning Lithuanian and that you like my lessons! For 'rasti': aš randu, tu randi, jis/ji randa, mes randame, jūs randate, jie/jos randa. If you have more other questions, please don't hesitate to ask on here or on Facebook page: Lithuania For You.
@@LithuaniaForYou thx for your rapid reply! just one more question, I watched lesson 5, and I'm from South Korea so I googled how to say South Korea and Korean. and it were Pietų Korėja and korėjiečių. and I wonder which is the proper expression for female :), thx

Thanks a lot for your message and remark, it's all fixed, but I am not sure if it's going to help.
Are there any rules, regarding how we should (or should not) change the root before adding endings? Or one should just learn the two root forms?
Usually the root is not changing.
@@LithuaniaForYou ah, ok. So root changes should be treated rather as exceptions. Makes sense, ačiū 😄

Greetings from Kazakhstan! Good evening, Mr. Bartulis! Could you please recommend any online dictionary, which would be as useful as cambridge dictionary in learning English, i.e. shows example sentences, meanings not only translations, synonyms/antonyms. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance!
P.S. videos are all useful. Thank you for what you do!

What is the form for tu with kalbeti and pirkti?
Is there a rule for every ending or we just need to remember how to conjugate every verb?
Alice Yanchevskaya You have to remember endings for each conjugation group, I think similar as in Russian language. And some verbs are specific ones.
Labas. I am working - As derbu, I am going - As einu, is it correct? I am trying. Aciu. Meile from London.

Why? Why? Why?Sometimes, you remove the 'ti', others you remove the 'ti' and add 'n', others you add 'j', others you replace the 'i' just because. Infuriating, even for a portuguese native speaker, that deals with 3 conjugations and three verbal modes of present! Thank you for your work, I will learn with practice.
