Sadie, so proud of the amazing work you have done to bring a child into the world! Christian, it was upsetting to hear you contradict and argue with all of Sadie’s points. Feels like you are always putting her down. Lift her up!!
Couldn’t stop thinking about that the whole way through. I hope he’s usually kinder to her
OMG SAME!!!!
I read this comment before watching--I have to say I don't see this the way you and the other commenters do. I don't think he was being unkind even though he was at time contrary. Contradicting someone is not necessarily wrong or unkind.
His vibe was off this episode. I don’t think his intentions were bad or malicious but his comments just came off wrong. Let’s try to give him grace though. 😊
He seems incredibly insecure and envious of his precious wife, Sadie, which is sad to see, because no marriage can thrive and be a happy and fulfilling one with such behavior. I know from experience. It gets old and is draining and builds bad feelings. Even the kindest of wives will grow tired and her patience will grow thin ending in love lost. I pray they get therapy, so Christian can become aware of how destructive his treatment of Sadie is and what he has to lose. It’s also sad to think of their girls being raised with a father who constantly puts their mother down and challenges her non-stop. They need our prayers. 🙏
Christian is very patient with Sadie’s conversations! She has a LOT on her heart and shared a lot of tips but I am glad Sadie asked Christian for his comments at the end. It is good to hear both perspectives.
Sadie your positivity is contagious and your smile LIGHTS up a room!!!
Make sure you two are really working on things privately. I feel like some conflict and possible resentment is starting to come through- I noticed it on the last podcast you posted together and now after listening to this and reading comments I know I'm not the only one noticing it. You're a beautiful couple but if there are things going on at home- make sure you both are communicating. As much as children are a blessing- they are also a huge strain on a marriage at times- especially when you have a toddler AND a newborn. Then you add the pressures of social media and your job.. There is nothing wrong with that either- it's completely normal. Just make sure you are putting each other first- praying that you both get some much needed rest as well with having a new baby.
Im not being negative at all- in fact my comment was very positive and I love Sadie and Christian. However I don't believe being passive aggressive toward your spouse is loving. They are going through a very beautiful but tough transition in their lives and I'm speaking from experience. My comment didn't call anyone names or wasn't ill-intentioned. Simply saying that if perhaps things are going on it would be good to communicate how each of of them are feeling. And not to suppress feelings so that they come out at a bad time or in a short way.
Also... Don't be afraid to leave if needed. Sometimes things just don't work out. You have a great support system behind you. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. I think a lot of people are just concerned. Maybe stop procreating with him until things smooth out between you. Something isn't right here.
@@PinkOwl31she’s Christian and hopefully heeds to Christian counseling and not worldly counseling
@wendymtzc yes!! Agree with you completely. This is really an issue that they should take care of privately and possibly with a Christian counselor. There's no need to get divorced over something like this. They have a beautiful family together - with God they can work through any issue.
@@wendymtzc that's really sad. Y'all would rather people stay in potentially harmful situations, in the name of the lord. Can't help none of ya.
Anyone who is worried about Christian in this podcast has never had a newborn. This couple is clearly happy and in love AND in the throes of sleepless nights that can be draining. And Saidie is no wilting violet. She brushed off some of the comments disagreed on others etc. The way she said it wasn't cowering. If there is a discussion to be had it seems to me like they'll have it. This was such a normal back and forth.
I had 4 C-sections and each one was traumatizing and recovery was excruciatingly painful. It's major surgery. It's extremely important that you allow your body to fully recover.
I had an emergency c section with my one and only kid. His head was too big. It was not on my birth plan so I was so scared as I had only heard horror stories about them. Then once they gave me the numbing meds the rest was fine. I was pretty talkative with all the meds. But God was of course watching over me and everything went smoothly even my recovery was great. My Drs were amazed!
God bless you! Mine was scheduled but then he was a butt first breach. Our son said the other day he can't believe how many times we've told the story of his birth but for us it was traumatic. (He's nearly a few decades old :)
@@billieblake6227 my guy is 12 years old
Currently pregnant with my second and will have to have another c section that I’ve been extremely nervous about as the first one was traumatic. This episode gave me so much hope and peace! Congrats on Haven she is so precious & welcome back Sadie 🤍
I just want to encourage you that VBAC is possible if that is what you desire!! I had one and it was so empowering and amazing!!
I've been so eager to hear about how y'all and Haven are doing! She has such a precious name! God Bless your family in Christ Jesus!
Seeing Christian dispute, and practically argue the way Sadie remembered the events was so alloying! Christian, let Sadie tell it like she wants, and leave it alone!
I’m just watching this now and I’m like…. Woa. Sadie can hardly say anything! He literally needs to be quiet. Very sad to watch him do this.
Shoulder dystocia is more likely with an induction as baby is being forced down fast so they can't naturally turn (which would avoid shoulder dystocia) and then on top of that having an epidural limits your mobility as you can't get into position that would encourage baby to come out safely. Makes me sad how little doctors understand physiological birth, most have never even witnessed an unmedicated birth! Hope this finds anyone who it could be helpful to! C-section is a very serious surgery and has MANY risks and complications for both mother and baby and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary... ob gyns recommend it because they are surgeons.
Agree with all of this. My first was induced and got stuck for that very reason, I avoided a c section but endured a severe tear that has caused issues ever since. My 2nd want not induced was an entire pound bigger (9lb 14oz!) with huge shoulders and I had 0 issues. I’ll never agree to unnecessary induction again.
I know, hearing her story was hard to listen to. The lack of being educated on birth is a bad place to be. I am glad that everyone is happy and healthy.
@@ash.leeann8166can y’all shut up and stop being so negative
Yes! Cascade of interventions. So sad that she was encouraged to have a cesarean after her last birth. There is absolutely NO WAY for OBs to know the outcome of subsequent births. Sounds like her OB is the typical uninformed and convenience dr.
Elective C-section with history of shoulder dystocia is absolutely not evidence-based, but no surprise that many OBs are still practicing this as they generally don’t keep up with current best- practice. Not only do I deliver many babies without an issue whose older siblings have had shoulder dystocia, but to resolve a shoulder dystocia is not even that complicated comparing to a cesarean. Anyway, I digress, as a CNM it was hard to listen to that part of the story but I’m glad that they all feel happy and healthy.
Congratulations!!! I wish someone had told me this before my c-section. I’m so glad and grateful for the new moms who will be helped by your experience. Praise God for your beautiful daughters and husband! I pray for this season of healing and for your continued success in spreading the gospel✝️
Step mom of 3 and about to have my first of my own by c section, just wanted you to know how encouraging this was for me to look forward to seeing my baby. God bless little Haven and Honeys journey to sisterhood. I love how real you are in the midst of gratitude in this season 🫶
Romans 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
Just to reiterate- elective C-section is not always recommended with a history of shoulder dystocia! Make sure you have a healthcare provider who has your best interest at heart so you can decided together what is the best way to the plan your birth!!
Laughed so hard along with you and Christian as you were explaining the booger story!!! Congrats on baby Haven
Me too 😂😂 like…… I found that way too funny hahah
Getting ready to have my first C section after having had natural births, and this was so helpful and encouraging! Thank you for sharing your birth story with us. ❤
Thanks for sharing this video. You are really making a wonderful difference, sharing the good with the bad. Sharing the Gospel. Blessings and prayers.
Perfectly normal to be nervous for a C-section or any surgery and if you guys have another baby, just have it mom and dad in the room because it’s more intimate. It’s more quiet it’s more peaceful, put on peaceful music faux candles, water sounds, extra oxygen. but congratulations! 🎀🎀
Sadie and Christian. Thank you so much for sharing. Sadie that very last part about not negative parenting needs to be shared across America today. it is great to have a walk with Jesus and be a family. All Moms need that final encouragement. Children are a blessing from the Lord and you certainly shared that. Focus on the positive! Thank you again. Single Mom of 2 and loving being a grandmother of 3 blessed, beautiful health GRANDS!
Whoa, Christian is feeling left out! Glad to see you Christian!!
Congrats on Haven!!!
I'm crying. Thank you for the cry laugh about the boogey. I needed that.
Lol 😂
I can relate my first son I was sick morning and night. Then my labor was long and hard he was stuck in the birth canal I wasn't dilating so they wouldn't give me an epidural till I was at least 6 cm .
I he was 8lbs 2 & a half and he was 24 inches long . This was March 5th 1985.
Then I had my 2nd son it was traumatic they lost his heart beat. They all came in and said we have to do an emergency C-section I won't go into the bad it would take forever. He weighed 8lb 15 & a half oz. That was October 17 1983.
I was on the pill and got pregnant again . I was so scared to have another C-section because of how traumatic the first one was. But it was really quick and he weighed 7lbs 2 oz 18 inches. That was February 4th 1985.
Congratulations on y'all newest baby girl.
I'm blessed with 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
I Pray Blessings Over You and Yours, and Whatever You Do, Do it With Your Whole Heart ❤️
I hope you guys are getting regular professional counseling together. 💗 Babies can put a lot of stress on the relationship and the way Christian is talking to you isn't healthy, sis. Deep breath, reset. Cheering you guys on!
Is there a timestamp of him talking to her a certain way? I’m halfway through I don’t hear anything necessarily rude from him
Having a family is the best time you guys have explained it well. The older sibling changes/grows up so much when the baby is born❤ much love. Love your family , podcast, ministry .
May the Lord bless this lovely family from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic! Haven is a cutie!
Thanks for being an example of a Godly couple. with all of the hate that comes with social media just know you are making a difference in my life✝️💜💜
Wow, their birth story is similar to Matt and Abby’s with shoulder dystocia and then a c-section!
i watch them too!
I love matt and abbys channel
Just came after that video
Yes, I realized that too. Some information regarding shoulder dystocia: inductions and epidurals (both of which are very common nowadays) increase the risk of shoulder dystocia. Food for thought when making decisions about birth plans…
Sadie sure can talk!😊
Missed you on the pod Sadie! I hope your family is showing you love and kindness, you are a light🙌🏻
These two fight so much. They're always fighting.
Very annoying. I had to turn it off.
When the second baby is born, the firstborn usually goes through a dethroning season. God bless your sweet family!
Wow, there were sure a lot of rude comments! Sadie and Christian were simply talking like husband and wife. She speaks in general terms and he states the facts. If she did not like his comments she would have deleted them in the editing process or not post the video at ll. I am sure the rude comments hurt Sadie more than anything Christian said. Sadie and Christian, I hope that you and Christian can ignore the rude comments and just enjoy the beautiful family that God has given you! You are such a light in this dark World! 🙏🙏❤️❤️🙏🙏
Or maybe she just doesn’t see the warning signs just like you, I agree there are some rude comments but most aren’t.
My 1st born had the Umbilical cord wrapped around twice and shoulder dystocia. But my other 3 babies after that came out literally perfect. One or two pushes maximum. My 4th baby was my biggest at 9lbs and came out literally perfectly! I’m just sad that the Drs recommended c section, I guess they were being cautious.
Same! And nuchal cords (around the neck) are super common!! Look it up. It’s usually just unwrapped inconspicuously.
It seems to be the standard these days!!
Y’all have to remember that you do not know them personally. I won’t disagree that there were multiple instances of “correction” in this episode, but what if Christian is just a literal and forward person who tends to “tell things as they are” and because he’s so close to Sadie, who may be someone who kinda just tells information generally, he feels more comfortable to just add in his perspective? But, I don’t know them personally so this might not be what’s going on either, but I don’t think he was intentionally disrespectful to her. Also, maybe you are someone who doesn’t take literal/forwardness well so you feel personally offended by what he’s saying or doing, but it doesn’t come across like Sadie is offended. Those instances of correction came across like a married couple who have different communication styles and aren’t bashful to bring both styles into the conversation. But again. I don’t know them personally, these were just my thoughts of not trying to dig deep into it. I think some people read too deep into things without actually having a lot of information to back it up because they don’t know the people personally.
I would agree if this was only a matter of words but his whole body language speaks to a bigger problem, you can see her constantly smiling and laughing to tone down his bad attitude, also one thing is correcting and other is trying to bring someone down
@@wendymtzcmy husband, love him with all my heart. But he used to, and still sometimes now, will correct me when I am telling a story of how I seen it. Just as Christian is doing Sadie. It drove me crazy. It also made me feel like people thought I was lying, which made me feel angry.. it was the way I remembered things… Then on top of it, when he would tell a story to his friends, or whoever, there were some exaggerations. The difference was, I did not correct him in front of people… Finally, I had talk to him about it. And how it made me feel… He didn’t realize that he was doing it. Or that he wasn’t meaning to upset me… Sometimes, people just see things from a different perspective. Idk. He apologize to me, once I brought it to his attention… communication is necessary.
I’m literally crying with laughter at the booger situation 😂😂😂
Glory to God for God’s precious gift to your family , you and Christian are literally going to be the best parents to her . Thank You Jesus for everything
I wonder how much arguing they had to cut out for this much to make it in lol
Christian you are good even without demanding being introduced. You’ve been on this show. People know you. Peace and joy. 😅
He makes me nuts....she is so patient with that man-child...🥰
@@marsha.m6357how is he a manchild? They are a sweet Christian couple. What is everyone hang up on her husband. This seems like a normal couple storytelling
Beautiful family! Congratulations on your new family addition, Haven! For any new momma out there about to give birth, you were very encouraging and helpful.
God’s continued blessings upon you all! 💕
Girls all look like their dads, boys all look like their moms. Congratulations on yet another baby girl. May God bless you and your family as y’all continue to grow and expand. Enjoy everything, big and small.they will grow up quickly . Love you all.
Not true at all
Thanks for sharing your story and encouragement! Your family is beautiful ❤ congratulations on your new little girl Haven. Sounds like God is already fighting those parenting battles ahead of you. I pray he continues to bless your ministry and family 🙏
Congratulations to you both beautiful girls Haven & Honey!!! God’s blessings to you!!!! 💗✝️💗
Haven is beautiful! Love her name! So glad she is a great baby. I know that helps a lot when you are running around after sweet Honey. My second son was a really good baby too. His personality is still easy going, and he is going to be 12 soon.
Love this couple ! Christian has some ego things to work through though and I pray he does. This couple is precious!
Now reading through the comments I see my perspective viewing this is scene and felt by many.
You’re amazing !!! Baby Haven is so nice and cute 🥰
This episode made me laugh so much🤣 thank you guys l for being real! And for encouragement to motherhood and parenting ❤
Congratulations on another sweet baby girl! 💕🩷
Sadie you’re videos are great. I think you and Christian are both very cute and I am happy for you both. The boogie story was hilarious. Ya’ll have beautiful kids!
Love seeing y’all in this season. Praying for continued joy, love and peace over your family! 💗
I’m 32 weeks pregnant (I’m high risk pregnancy, I have 3 13cm fibroids) my OB has booked at 37 weeks for a c-section so I SO needed this!
Already went through 3 false labours and was placed into hospital for a whole month then now this last month on bedrest at home tho …now we wait 🙄😩
God got me. I know. 🥲🥹
Thank you for sharing your beautiful miracles story that we know that’s all only God can do all this. ❤️💞
We having a girl. And we are (God told me to name her Gabriela…give her name a google meaning…interesting) ❤
Thank you again. 💞
God bless and keep your whole family healthy and blessed ❤️❤️❤️❤️
There seems to be some sort of bad vive/conflict or something between them two, not a good energy. I also feel like she doesn’t let him talk at times like talks over him, it’s weird because she is a podcast person.
I really enjoyed this video when i had my first child i had a C section and you exsplained it so well and my next it was a natural birth having the two different births it was unreal to feel the differences i also think its a great way for you to reach people about what you went threw thats awsom and the most important thing is congradulation to you both enjoy motherhood its the best
Congratulations on your newborn baby. She is so precious. ❤❤❤❤❤
Glad all went well for you guys ❤
Christian looks more talkative now in these new podcasts and updates you are doing together.
Beautiful babies Sadie 💕

the jimmy neutron comment had me crying lol what an eventful birth story lol
What a beautiful testimony of Gods love ❤
Aloha 🌺 love your channel, especially with your Mom who is so cute and good at this. Love hearing your pregnancy stories and how different it is. My daughter is having her second son and I kept saying how different it will be, so we shall see. This is so cute with Dad, Christian.
God is great.. Beautiful family, Sadie
Aw so sweet to see your new baby! I don't follow other social media so i didnt know her name till now! Although i agree with others, why is Christian telling you how you felt? Telling you you didn't throw up etc. That was frustrating.
Thank you so much! Sharing your experience with a C-section and natural childbirth
I missed you Sadie Omds ❤❤❤and baby girl aww welcome back Christian
“But honestly, I needed that in that moment. I needed him to have a booger”😆
Looks like Christian would like a bigger roll in the video. I think your personality is bubbly and talkative but you run him over. Give him a chance to talk without correcting or interrupting. Sorry but he doesn't look happy at all.
This seems like a normal interaction. Everyone so jaded in the comments. They are in love and have great chemistry.
My 1st baby was too big to push out. After 20 hours trying finally had a C section. I was able on the next 2 babies were V backs Thank the Lord for not having to do C sections.
I just found out I’m having my first baby!
Congratulations! It’s the most challenging and rewarding experience I’ve ever had. My first son was born this June. He’s pooping in my lap right now 😂
Congratulations 🎊 May God walk you through your pregnancy, birth and parenting
Sadie is so naturally kind and gracious, like her mom. Her husband, on the other hand, is giving out narcissistic/controlling vibes, which she seems to be oblivious to. I hope I'm wrong. But often times kids who grew up with happily married parents, like Sadie, do not recognize dangerous red flags in partners. They just assume all people are good, and can make great spouses. I hope I am wrong for her sake, but I just can't shake off the impression this guy continues to give.
Felt the same and I’m only 5 min in
I agree! It makes me uncomfortable to hear the way they communicate with each other. He seems very controlling
I thought l was the only one getting bad vibes. 😢
I don’t think she ignores it though, notice how she’s constantly laughing and smiling to diffuse the situation.
@aleahchittum1520 I felt uncomfortable too
Congratulations 🎊 all of you. You both are amazing, and a true inspiration and blessing of Jesus Christ. Honey and Haven . We know about colic. Having two children. Thank you both for sharing. Love Freddy.
The whole time you’re telling the story of the anesthesiologist having a boogie, Christian is wiping his nose like he’s paranoid about having a boogie too!
Congratulations to you all‼️😀🙏🏻👫👶🏼👧Never be afraid to ask for help❣️
I had an emergency csection with my first after 18 hours of active labor. I had a planned csection with my second and what a difference! It was so smooth and chill. I also had the dry heaves and barfs after my second.
Sadie- congrats to you both!!! Such a beautiful special time💖🧡
I remember it so well.. My oldest is an engineer now & my other son is a junior in college!! It’s fast so soak up every stage :):) love from Colo

Aww so sweet. ❤ congratulations on the new edition.
Yes😂Epidural! You both were so much fun to watch.. Epidural was no fun to me 20 yrs ago. God is faithful!
I had 3 homebiths and my 3rd had shoulder dystocia and cord was wrapped twice. My midwife was amazing. He lived, but its a very scary thing and the hardest I've ever prayed.
I had two C-Sections don't lift heavy things. Watch your incision. Go to sleep when the baby sleeps.❤❤❤❤
I laughed so hard out loud at the booger 😂🤣 my daughter just stared at me lol
"I need to be introduced." 😁Great intro. I saw the thumbnail and hey - welcoming the youngest!
Sadie you look amazing!
Congratulations. Blessings to your family.
Sadie please don’t ignore your husbands attitude, he’s showing signs of resentment or envy, even with all the laughing and smiles many of us noticed how tense he was and cutting him off to diffuse the situation didn’t help. I know you just had a child and hopefully it’s just that but please don’t ignore the signs.
Who comments stupid crap like this?
I can't believe the Robinsons let her marry this dude. They will end up divorced, eventually. 😬 I feel a lil bad for her.
@@PinkOwl31no they don’t have to end in divorce, that’s a negative attitude and divorce shouldn’t be the answer for a Christian couple anyway, they can totally work things out
@@wendymtzc well maybe you should be talking to him about changing. What else is SHE supposed to do about it? I wouldn't want her or any woman to stay in a situation like this. F k religion. Safety first.

The booger story 😂 thanks for the laugh!! Teehee.
Congratulations!!!! Glory to God!!! Amen!!
Congrats on having haven
I am so amused by the booger story and watching Sadie laugh🤣🤣🤣
Congrats again on your new addition 🥰💕
They probably used synthetic morphine in your spinal block. It makes you itch & can cause extreme nausea. It must not have been used with my first c-section because I didn't have any problems. But it did happen with my second c-section, so with my 3rd c-section, I made sure they gave me an antihistamine & nausea meds as soon as they could. That made a big difference! Congratulations on sweet baby Haven! God bless y'all!🙏🏼💝💐
Omg thank you for sharing this- I had extreme nausea too and didn’t even get to hold my daughter after she was born bc I was SO SICK.
I think everyone need to get off Christian back and stop always having a counsel for him 😒. Y’all don’t even know him! He is genuine to who he is and is not being fake for y’all. All of sudden everyone is a marriage counselor 😩 lol. Anyways this video is awesome was so funny and I’m glad you found the humor in it all and God definitely was in this birth. He went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable 😍. You gotta love God and His sense of humor 😂😂.😂.
