Dr. Bolin, for patients on warfarin, will it need to be stopped before the surgery for haemorrhagic stroke or even general bleeding in the brain due to trauma?

warfarin therapy is only for ischaemic stroke with AF, not for hemorrhagic stroke. (i guess)
