English people tend to be gullible and believe anything politicians and Tory propaganda media say, even if reality says the opposite. Just so the country can stay USA lapdogs with an economy closely linked with USA banks/international bankers/war machine, encouraging people live in greed and debt.
Like how people believed the ex Tory banker Farage wanted to leave the EU for the good of British people, when he was paying his foreign wife on tax payers expenses and hiding money in foreign tax havens. Then as soon as people voted to leave the EU he resigned, to leave people out the EU with Tories in power, who only work for a few rich people.
Nobody remembers UKIP originated from the French born James Goldsmith, whose German Jewish family changed their name to sound British. Who thought politicians after Thatcher weren't doing enough to make the rest of the world hate Britain. From Ireland one side, Europe on the other side, and the rest of the UK to hate England.
People thought if we left the EU there would be less immigrants, but now we've left the EU and become more of a USA lapdog, there are hardly any white people in English politics or the media, in a country most people are white. Morons chant the word lefty to mean multiculturalism, when the USA is the main promoter of multiculturalism, and the main lefty policies of north Europe and Scandinavia are free health care and university.
Scotland luckily have devolution to give them more independent rights away from London, so they have politicians that counteract Tory policies. Scottish people now have free university and prescriptions, while England is nothing more than USA lapdog encouraging people to live in debt, with English students being £50,000 in debt.
Scotland can look to a brighter future away from USA lapdog England, and they can be more like the rest of north Europe and Scandinavia, with politicians who work for the people and society, and less people use credit cards.
It's really evil what they did to elderly people.
Remember the retired nurse, and her family who were ARRESTED for trying to take her elderly mother, from a Care home, to take care of her, at home?
Millions of elderly, sick, ill people went over a year, not seeing anyone they loved, or were related to.
Have you any idea how vulnerable you are, in a care home, without relatives able to visit you for a few weeks, let alone a year!
It's criminal.
If the government was a corporation, Boris would be facing a charge of corporate manslaughter at the very least, it could even be homicide. Even his own party found that he was responsible for over 10K deaths with his advice, this make him the biggest mass murderer in modern history.

When Boris was foreign secretary he didn't know basic foreign policy history. The media made a massive fuss when he said a dumb unimportant comment on a TV show, but the media didn't care when he said on the same show that there wasn't a vote on the 2nd war against Iraq, when more Tory MPs had voted yes to it than other parties. That means he either puts on a clown act to get away with telling lies and the media is in with him. Or him and the media are stupid.
Boris is a man who shacked up with his pregnant girlfriend in No 10, with a string of previous women he got pregnant and treated badly including his wife, he was still married to while living with the girlfriend, and USA citizen Murdoch owned Sun make him out to be a trustworthy man.
Michael Gove said in Guardian Education that Labour were liars for saying Tories would get rid of EMA if they won the election, and then Tories did take away EMA when they won the election.
Others, like ex Tory banker Nigel Farage who was paying his foreign wife on tax payers expenses and hiding money in tax havens, pretends he's nationalist, when he's a capitalist Tory who wants us closely linked with USA banks encouraging greed and debt. He resigned as soon as he talked people into voting to leave the EU, to leave us out the EU with Tories in power.
Nigel Lawson who was Chancellor when the economy crashed in the early 90s after Tories did the opposite of Germany in the 80s by making millions unemployed, and left us an economy closely linked with USA banks encouraging people to live in debt, was recently advising Britain leave the EU, while he was applying to live in France.
As an English person I'm jealous Scotland can leave the UK to become more like the rest of north Europe, with politicians who care about people and society. Devolution has already allowed Scotland to stop their students being £50,000 in debt like in England.

Personal Opinion from an Aussie: I reckon Boris is so dense that he probably wouldn't even realise that Russell is taking the piss, he'd probably just see this as good press.

I saw someone talking about how they couldn’t even go visit their terminally ill son in hospital because of Covid, and yet boris is doing this. It’s a piss take.
Anti EU Tories are the same as Thatcher, when she didn't like the EU preventing Tories mistreating British people, because of the EU saying workers should have enough breaks and genetically modified ingredients should be labelled on food.
Then the secret service whistle blower David Shayler told how Thatcher was using British money to fund Al Qaeda in Libya against Gaddafi. A country people didn't pay household bills, while more old British people were dying of the cold than before Tories stole and sold off public owned energy. It wasn't until later that Labour introduced cold weather payments to help stop old people dying.
It might not seem a nice idea for the UK to split up, but England is run by the international bankers who need our economy to stay closely linked with USA banks, encouraging everybody to live in greed and debt. It has become worse since the 1980s when Tories did the opposite of Germany, by treating workers like dirt, making millions of people unemployed, and left us an economy based on little else but encourage everybody to live in debt, for our economy to crash by the early 90s when many couldn't pay back the debts, and crashes every few years since after the USA. Then Tories use the crashes as an excuse to make anybody suffer not any use at being a slave for the upper classes, bankers and Tory tax dodging donors.
Don't expect our media to point out the truth, trying to get idiots to get all nationalist over fishing while we have the biggest differences between rich and poor and worst pensions in north Europe. What media has bothered to remind our people that our own government funded Islamic extremists in Libya, after our own people were shot in Tunisia and Manchester by Libyan extremists? England is full of Sun reading idiots who call others lefties as an insult, while they expect everybody else to pay for their children and cheer on the NHS, not realising the NHS is a lefty idea. Because they heard some Americans online using a tern to insult multiculturalism, when the USA and other capitalist countries promote multiculturalism more than any lefty country.
How asleep do you have to be to keep voting in governments that cause university students to be £50,000 in debt, while it's free in Scotland?
If the UK all split up, the international bankers/war machine wouldn't see us as any use at being a USA lapdog, and might go away to the USA, and English people will see how Scottish politicians look after their people like the rest of north Europe and Scandinavia, and want to be the same. That's if it isn't too late and English people aren't dumbed down beyond help.

On a serious note, what's really compelling about this is that when you put all the different denials and excuses in a timeline of short clips its much easier to see the pattern. Spread over days and weeks its harder to follow and recall what was previously offered as an explanation. Its so obvious what has really been going on. Plus its a very funny take on the whole sorry mess.

As long as Cressida Dicks remains as Police Commissioner of the Metropolitan police by gift of the Tory support that she received there can be no serious investigations of No.10 breaking the covid19 control laws nor of corruption in public contract awards nor of intimidation of MPs. A Police Chief from outside of London needs to be appointed to head up an independent enquiry.

The police didn't invetigate due to "No evidence" because their jobs were threatened.
How could they investigate when the police are corrupt, if they were not corrupted them the investigation would have gone ahead...its like a mafia which is the government...what they say goes and no donny is gonna question it....unless you have the power too which police do but don't use it, unfortunately....like soo tough on the public being held accountable but not the government even when evidence is hitting them in the face.... Look how quick was this case closed, no question asked...So many strict rules for us and so many free rules for them. Absolutely ridiculous.
Boris' apology to the CBI was more sincere than the one he made in the House of Commons, it also had less caveats. He's a 🤡
