2:12 per the guide, King Candy declares movement then does actions at his new location. Pay to Race should be played after movement, before actions, yes?

I really love the game but why are they no longer doing packs of three characters?

I think because making these is a lot of work.
And they want to spread out what we get because we're running out of villains!
(Lindsey Ellis has a great UA-cam essay on Disney villains going extinct.)
And in packs of two they're a bit cheaper while still having enough value, unlike the single packs.

Does King Candy win by passing the finish spot (landing on fate action past the start/finish spot first), or is it just the first character to get to the finish spot. In the video it looks like it’s just the first person to land on the finish spot, but the guide/board says it’s the first one to “pass” start/finish. I’m just curious since I landed exactly on the finish emblem (not “past” it) and am unsure if I won or not lol
