I have issues with mine trying to record on vertical position. When I try to do so (changing from horizontal to vertical clicking on the button) the phone starts rotating like crazy for a few seconds and then stops facing anywhere and getting out of control. All I can do is restart the gymbal and it goes back to horizontal. I tried calibrating it several times but haven't fixed it. Anyone has the same problem?

I found the audio unacceptable when plugged into the Snoppa, and connected to the phone with the short cable. I plug the mic directly into the phone. I don’t know if you can do that with your mic or not.
@@brotherblonde cheers for your prompt reply. Thanks for the review. I must admit I would not plug videomicme to phone on gimbal because it is so heavy. I tried it with a Bluetooth device and it worked fine. I finally replaced my old kaiser baas xs3 :)
Terry Tk sure. The mic plugs into the handle, just above the slider switch, left hand side. The short, mini cable plugs into the phone jack and into the clamp that holds the phone. I have found the audio quality unacceptable with my Android phone, so I plug the mic directly into the phone. Hope this helps.

Hi. I do not use the app. I only use the phone camera. That way I can shoot in 4k. I plug the Snoppa microphone directly into the phone too.
