I AGREE WITH YOU FOR THE WISHCARE TINTED LIPBALM. THE CLEAR ONE IS MOISTURISING BUT THIS ONE REALLY SO DRY DOESN'T MOISTURIZE THE LIP JUST HAVE A TINT .

I use boroline every single night....then in the morning just scrub it and you don't have to apply any lip balm for whole day even in winters...and personally lipbalms left my lips chaped after it dried so I don't really use use balms!!

Yes yes, in the very beginning stage. Before all the products. Icing is only if you don’t have a primer. You can obviously do it otherwise too :)
