Hello everyone!
Today I am very happy to share with you my morning skincare routine, which includes products mostly from Sisley. I have normal-dry, dehydrated skin and type 1 rosacea, and in combination with the products I use in my nighttime routine, these are the products that I've found so far that perform best for my skin's needs.
I don't at all think a person needs to acquire luxury skincare to have great skin, but these products are an investment I choose to make as I really enjoy dedicating the time to pamper myself and creating that moment of the luxury experience. It's very therapeutic for me!

Isn’t it funny how we are willing to spend a lot on certain products and then not so much on others? I’m the same way with micellar water - it’s one of those things that I don’t spend much on.
I enjoy the way you think of your skincare as a wardrobe so that you can pick and choose to meet your needs. You make a good point - it’s important to remember that our skin is alive and skincare shouldn’t always be a fixed regimen. Having options ensures we can make adjustments when needed.
We should start a “born to be a spoiled billionaires” club - I’ve enjoyed every Sisley product I’ve tried. But I only get them very rarely.
It's always interesting to see what we choose to invest in and what falls into the "I don't need to go crazy on that" pile. What's even more interesting to me is that when I find a product I enjoy and that works well (such as the micellar water and sunscreen I mention), why do I sometimes feel this underlying desire to try something new? It makes me wonder what's more thrilling: the burst of excitement from trying something new, or having a product that performs well and helps me achieve the skin I want?
Ugh, seriously. Sign me up! We could have our board meetings at the Fairmont while fantasizing about all of the painfully beautiful items at the Sisley counter.

What a relaxing video! I love La Mer products for my redness prone/dry skin as well. I find it is worth it for the experience and the results, and it makes me happy lol. Would love to see more skincare content from you :)
Hi Aina! Thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed it. Isn't La Mer the best? It's so hard to use anything else once you've tried it! I use mostly La Mer products at night as I find them SO nourishing and calming, especially for my rosacea. And I love the smell, packaging, and entire experience of it!

Loved this video!!! So many products that I also use and love!!! I dont know what I'm going to do when I run out of the Sisley brightening serum either 😱 it makes such a difference! It's such a love-hate relationship with that Sisley brightening serum! I love what it does but hate that it's priced so painfully! The Etude House sunscreen has been a favourite of mind for years. I think I need to stop looking around and just continue with that one as it performs the job perfectly! And thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed it. Do you ever get facials? You have beautiful skin.
Thank you so much, Mary! I LOVE the idea of facials, but I am always weary of having a lot of new-to-me products applied to my skin at once since I have rosacea and my skin can be very sensitive to touch and harsh products, so I try to only get facials with the brands that I'm using in my routines. Back when I was heavy into BR, I had a BR facial which left my skin very glassy and it was so relaxing!
My favourite facial experience ever was my most recent one about four months ago when I had a La Mer facial. The facialist used the La Mer cream as a mask and it felt SO nourishing! My skin was glowing afterwards! If only I could use the cream that way at home. 😂 Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
