I had an abscess on my spine. Walk in sent me to hospital. Doctor there told me to come back the next day at 8am for surgery Upon arriving, I was offered pain relief. It never arrived. Handover happened which took an hour. I asked the next nurse I saw for the pain relief, she didn't show her face again. After 20 hours watching people come in, have the op, and leave and 2 more handovers I confronted one nurse She asked if I came from the GP that afternoon. Told her I came from the walk in yesterday and was scheduled for surgery. The look of panic on her face is still ingrained on me I was immediately bundled off to another hospital where I was now so dehydrated they couldn't even get the line in me. The nurse there heard my account and looked into it. Turns out one of the nurses in the first hospital had saw my notes that I had been given the pain killer and after I kept asking they just marked me as a chancer. Somehow a trainee nurse took precedent over a doctor and surgeon Unfortunately there's no case to answer, as the clinics are the first port of call to investigate complaints about themselves Every single issue I've had with the NHS could have been prevented and answered if there was someone else handling the complaints instead of the very people that caused the problems It's textbook corruption to me

Everyone who has used the nhs should be surveyed once treatment has been completed. If it were a private company running it that would be the case and they could be held to account.
This happens. Just one large NHS trust I know processes about 10,000 patient feedback survey responses each month. GP practices request feedback all the time. The NHS is informed by patient, carer and family feedback from top to bottom. But they'd happily do even more to engage with communities to design and deliver services if it were funded properly.
@user-bi9jq8eu4j It certainly wouldn't if they had to hire someone to check If everyone else is doing their job. Work study engineers would be better they would more than pay for themselves by getting half the NHS working as they should be. Not leaving all the work to those who are conscientious.

Most nurses are as good as gold ' but some are bias & just got a problem with the unemployed that end up in hospital ' why should we look after that person attitude ' we all pay VAT unemployed or not ' but its not the point some nurses are bad ' most of them are good ' but the bad ones shouldn't be working there ' its ashame because this gives good nurses & drs in the nhs a bad name 🤷♂️
Are we being 'sold' a well thought out and practised legal case , as it were, for why the NHS must be further privatised, why the more hospitals needed MUST be built by NHS crippling PPI contracts, etc ? I would LOVE to have a government that I could be relaxed about, that I could believe with confident assurance has a capable hand on the tiller, and that they work for the welfare and benefit of the UK peoples. I just do not believe this party is any more trustworthy than the app Tories, because of their prior closed door meetings, the nature of their large donating contributors, and their deep involvement with the Zionist war criminals, the Israeli government.
The Tories have always left the NHS in a mess. They are obsessed with privatising. That’s why US Healthcare Vulture Centene plays a pivotal role in strategic change.
It's alright criticising, but everything he mentions requires money to be spent. Intolerable conditions I doubt. More money pumped into the NHS by this government possibly. Stop net zero and spend the money on the things we urgently need to improve that are more desirable than wasted money on something that is not needed in this country. Net zero will make things worse .And do nothing except increase the cost of energy and reduce the availability.
Labour Ministers falling over themselves getting their excuses for future failures in early, apparently every government department is broken and will need to be extensively repaired. This 100 days to get things sorted out is dying fast.
If this guy's ability is anything like the size of his mouth we might be in for a chance. Unfortunately the most likely outcome is more loudmouthed complaints slowly turning into loudmouthed excuses with people still suffering and dying in pain.
A lot of people are dying from inadequate care and being brushing off when they are very poorly

There needs to be consequences for the tories who have done this. Surely it must be criminal to let something like this happen whilst in government.

What another NHS cost to be paid by the taxpayer.
Private means for profit, then the owners would demand their profits every year, and the treatment would not get better.
