GTI DYNO SESSION WORST CASE SCENARIO!
My son mason and I went to @azeuros1551 to dyno the GET Mk6 GTI on e30. The session was going great until the last pull and the motor stopped at around 1000rpm and would not crank. Its looking like its a bad timing chain tensioner but I wont know 100% until I tear it down. thank you for watching.

When you say oem components for the chain guides and tensioner, did buy them from the dealership? Because other wise you may have bought a fake “oem” tensioner. I see it a lot with failed “new style tensioners”.
I bought them from my dealerships parts department so they are genuine oem.

What clutch are you running? My DKM stage 2 has cost me 2 engines that exact same way. Crushed the thrust Bearing for the crank and seized
He runs my Ringer Racing clutch kit which is why he is always wearing one of my T-shirts. lol
