I am still in Delhi, India. This time I will take you with me to an area in Delhi called Paharganj. I have been warned by several locals not to come here. Apparently it's not safe here, it's dirty and chaotic. That's what the locals told me. But after visiting some modern areas in Delhi and New Delhi already in my previous videos, I was curious to also see Paharganj Delhi. So, let's find out what this part of Delhi has to offer. I'm also from India as a part of an Indian it is very shameful for our market society who charges more for the foreigner the mehandi tatoo maker who charges 500 indian rupee and the barber who charges 600 Indian rupees.....honestly the real price lies 50 Indian rupee for tatoo and 100 for the hair cutting ...be careful and once again it's very shameless 😢😢

Wtf ...₹600 for haircut. It's only ₹50-₹80 for haircut bro ..to be honest everyone who visit to India need local guide. But in northeast India you wouldn't be scammed like that especially the tribal people will never do that...u should visit northeast when you're in India.. RECOMMEND

Please do some more bargaining and always try to ask a local if you are unsure about the price.

I remember I visited Xi’an China last year, there are very few street walking sellers, the price is very honest, around US $1 for a very pretty toy. In general, I paid $2 because the toy is very precise, sellers also excited when they saw I paid . some toy can fly and flash at night. Kids like it so much.

That heena guy has charged you a lot the real cost for that design is not more then 30 rupees and then also he took you to that saloon who was his friend that heena guy advised him to charge you extra. The hair cut in India at that type of saloon, it doesn't cost more then 100.

200 rupees is more than sufficient.
Henna was costly and so was that haircut . T shirt was fair priced. But he did a good haircut, atleast ken looked nice in that. But it was fun to see him wading around streets. He should learn some bargaining skills though

Ken I recommend visiting the state of Himachal Pradesh. You can go to Dharamshala, Manali, Vashist village, Parvati Valley for good trekking adn nice villages. The temperatures are much cooler up there now that it's summer. Ladakh and Leh in The Himalayas are also very different.

Hey Ken, I just wanted to remind you to be extra cautious when dealing with local vendors here. Unfortunately, tattoo artist and saloon overcharged you. Tattoos could cost as little as 50 INR and haircuts around 150-200 INR. Just make sure to double-check everything before making a purchase to avoid being taken advantage of. Stay vigilant and enjoy your time in India!

You have been cheated by the barber and Henna seller, the rate of barber is maximum 100 rupees and the rate of Henna is maximum 50 rupees.
You just paid 10 times more to the henna tattoo artist, and 6 times more to the barbar 😂
1000 for hair massage!!!! 😂 hair massage are most of times free or max to half of the total cost of haircut.... those people in barbar shop making fun of you and trying to get more money from you for barbar.... people from tourist location in India like that.... their morals are only constraint to monetary gain.... The rooftop restaurants in Paharganj can be really nice. Hundreds of cheap hotels. People from all over the world. Close to train station. Very interesting place, full of life.

I got tattooed at the shop he pointed out to you last time i was there and it’s one of the best tattoos Ive got! You could’ve bartered a better price for the henna and haircut but you seemed happy to pay what you did so all good! Im happy you went there and showed a different perception of paharganj. It’s not as bad as people say. It’s actually a great place to buy clothing,instruments,souvenirs etc at good prices.

You showed the more modern and clean parts of Delhi in your earlier video, but this is the place I stayed on my visit almost 30 years ago and it hasn't really changed much. Are you planning to visit varanasi or the Taj mahal? I would like to see how they look now. I would like to visit the country again, but on my visit years ago I was scammed and felt unsafe in a few situations

for me I really enjoy those places sometimes, of course when the government have enough money they can build a new skyscrapers or other modern buildings, but u can find those kind of buildings in Hong Kong Tokyo Singapore L.A etc. I can imagine the ancient time through those buildings and streets, there r full of sense of life, this is real life of part of people who live in the earth. it's not everyone have a delicate life, but they still work hard for their family, even they don't have a decent clothes and work. that's why I love this kind of places sometimes.

Price depends on which saloon you have prefered if you prefer simple or common saloon than they charge 100rs to 150rs and if you prefer good service saloon than they can charge more 4 to 5 dollar
paharganj is worst of all.
You should surely visit the NORTH EAST states of India such as SIKKIM and ASSAM. They're very beautiful and you would surely have a very good experience.

we stayed at the old part of Delhi during our stopover at New Delhi. Yes it was chaotic but we didn't once feel unsafe.
Please do visit Statue of Unity in Gujarat. Tallest statue of the world. Inside the statue there is a lift/elevator which take you to a Gallery made at chest height of that statue. It's located next to a Dam.
