I also have a VLOG series where I take you behind the scenes from when I meet with Hollywood stars at different interview locations and give you a little sneak peak of what it's like to interview some of Hollywoods biggest stars. I get why it makes sense to focus on Harry for promo reasons but I do feel bad for Fionn, especially since his role in the movie is clearly bigger than Harry's, because these interviewers really don't care what he has to say and it's pretty clear watching these videos.
+Logan Mcstowy I don't disagree, but to be fair he doesn't exactly ooze charm and give interesting answers. It's pretty typical actor stuff. Nothing wrong with it, but he's not exactly setting the world on fire.
yup that's a little bit sad! like i'm a huge fun of Harry but i think in this situation the interwier and everybody have to keep apart the fact that he is a succesfull singer, i know it's hard but Harry's like new to this world so we have to put him on the same level as fionn and keep his singing career apart

If I remember correctly, since the first trailers Fionn has appeared more than Harry, and we have had to wait until the last trailers to hear Harry speak, so it seems that Fionn has more importance than Harry in the movie, maybe I'm wrong, but the one I've seen most in the trailers is Fionn.
Lana Harry is one of the four main characters but Fionn is credited as the lead.

Harry doesn't give simple answers. Instead, he turns a sentence into a paragraph. A paragraph that also sometimes goes off-topic... lolol 💗💗💗 At least he gets his point across though. Usually.. lol

jaqueline really he's been asked these questions for years now. He's always given the same answers and at some point enough is enough. It's hard to be asked the same question for years and come up with something fresh and interesting. But she's right, in any interview he will give long answers because he's trying to be honest instead of just saying random things.
I understand the interest in Harry, I love him so believe me, but I don't consider it fair that most of the attention is focused on him. This film isn't about him, I also want to know Fionn a little more.

Lana No one here has disrespected Harry or anyone else. I have given MY OPINION, and you have to be blind not to see the great attention that is given to Harry. And no, I don't speak only about this interview, since the news came out that Harry was going to participate in the movie have been fans in the hotel looking for him without caring that they annoy the other actors or etc.
All the actors who have been interviewed have been asked about Harry, I haven't seen that they have done that with any other actor.
Anyway, I LOVE Harry, I have absolutely nothing against him, so save your insinuations.

Those of you making rude remarks on how harry does not answer questions well it's because he's been media trained since he was 16 years old and for most of his teenage life was taught not to respond to questions directly to keep him from saying anything that might harm his public image keep that in mind.

grungegirl555 if you listen to the questions and how he answered, he is trying to put focus back onto the movie rather than his career. still an awkward interview though
madran hull he does a pretty good job of it. He kind of pulls you into a tunnel of words. I just find myself nodding along to whatever he says haha
grungegirl555 he does answer, he's highly media trained so he thinks about every single word before he says them. He is a deep natured person so he answers questions in a long way that explains exactly what he means. Fionn is asked less because it's hard to know what to ask because this is his first movie

Your questions were very challenging, as always. I feel like Fionn Whitehead was more up to it than Harry Styles, far more focused and eloquent! When you asked about fame, Fionn actually answered your question, while Harry answered a more generic one about how to deal with fame that you hadn't really asked.

Now unless Harry is on stage performing singing live of his songs live with his band in front of a crowd, he don't mind all attention on him on stage because he is a performer who likes to sing and
inreact infront of crowd to draw

But when it comes to a interview questions about movie, especially
about a movie that's are facts that are more important than him or any other big time famous celebrities.
No this a movie story that's base about young Men trying to survived in a war who trying to get home to their families alive and not in a dead ass body bag back home after serving in war,
this movie is about survival and brave to stay alive and maybe
brother hoods.
So Harry knows how important
this story film is and it needs to be
told the truth for the world to see and know thanks to
Christopher Nolan the creatived art work of this film.
Harry wants the media focus on
the movie more and all casts
not just about him or his album
that's another time this is different and more important.
If this been Niall, Louis, Liam,
Zayn or any other former boy banders members I will still
said the same thing, the movie
Is the most important thing than any famous or popular celebrities.

He's been through years of media training, because of that, it effects his answers, he tries to dodge questions like someone said to protect his image, etc. Fionn n the other hand has no media training, while his answers are more straight, and real.

Hay Stack his answers are as genuine as Fionn's. Harry was trying to keep the attention towards the movie, Fionn is also media trained. Just because they are media trained doesn't mean they are robots, this is Harry's nature and you can see since the beginning of his career he has been like this.

Jackie Campbell, He was good in his documentary because he was talking about himself and his music even if he is reserved about his personal life/business. He knows himself. "Dunkirk" is not about him. He's a part of a film and not in a democratic way like One Direction.

What I find really interesting on all the reactions to interviews in the last week is that people are either complaining how Harry is terrible with answering questions, "talks a lot but doesn't say much" etc. OR they're saying he sounds much more eloquent and deep than the rest of the cast. There's nothing in between. So clearly, one of these two sides is right and the other one doesn't 'get' it. Not that implying which is which, but some people do tend to think someone "doesn't make sense" if the way they communicate is to deep for them to grasp. *cough*
