After living in Blackfalds for one year I would NOT recommend it. we moved from Kelowna BC and cost of living here in Blackfalds is atrocious... they just increased our property taxes from 5200 to 6400 this year alone. combined with our $200 monthly utility bill that means $730 monthly is going to taxes and utilities without gas or electric factored in yet ....
