WHhen u actually realize that first anime opening Jinshi was looking at her in the end while she was not even looking at him, until seeing second opening where at the end she is looking at him and he is looking at her. Honestly such a small detail can already describe the path of their connections. It is soooo hard to wait for the next manga ep and next anime vid to drop solely cuz the slowburn between two of them is REALLY SLOW but also captivating and also rewarding?? Usually I have seen typical romance tropes in which things start slow and then fasten up really a lot. However, their connections is slow but detailed, feels like everythings falls nicely onto its place and seeing Jinshi for even 5 sec in the episode seems so nice. Mybe because of the balance, he is persistant, you do not know does he likes her or only views her as a toy (i mean he def likes her but at the very start she was interesting to him solely cuz she was not falling over heels for him) and she is cold, direct and also very smart and strategic, and even though they are both very smart, it is interesting how emotionally, Jinshi is much more superior then she is. This story mybe has -not like other girls- trope mc, but she is not being mean to other beautiful girl who wears makeup, she is praising their looks, the reason why she hides her own looks probably not only because she was living with concubines, but also because she is much more interested in herbs, beside her lack of emotions such as feeling LOVE, makes her feel uneasy near Jinshi because she only views him as being annoying while he is getting more and more attached to her. He is like a perfect man written by a woman character, and trope such as-he fell first and also harder, is honestly refreshing, because full focus is on mc and her adventure, however they made Jinshi so dominant as well, it almost feels weird not seeing him around her. Both characters are well written and needed in every ep, but it is nice that Jinshi even tho he is absolute scene graber, gives Maomao time and space to perform on her own, not even once putting her talent aside. That just shows how good writing of the story is. The whole story feels like a poison, it hurts waiting for new ep, but also u can not stop reading it. Overall, really really good anime- (also the frog chapter took me by A SHOCK!!! LOL)

Isso é bom, porque é um sinal que Maomao talvez tenha compreendido o real significado do hairpin ou ao menos pense em usá-lo, já que ela o tem na roupa e não na cabeça, seu lugar correto.
