Awesome! I was struggling do I need to get a new ski jacket for one ski. And I don’t know if it’s possible to rent ski pants and jacket. Thanks for your video 🎉
Where ever you rent your skis, ask about renting apparel as well. They should have something or know where you can rent a jacket and pants. Might make more sense to rent if you don't want to invest in a full ski outfit. Hope you enjoy your trip!
Great the trip info. We are headed up in soon for 4 days of at Park City. We are staying at the Canyons side and want to send two days on the Park City Side and two days at the Canyon's side. I was wondering if we should park at the base for the Park City days or take the Quicksilver Gondola. It looks like the Gondola way would be time consuming.
Hi 👋, I need some advice for our Dec trip … those face thingys… (it’s a mask it’s head gear… I forget what it is called.. blaclava or something… 💁♀️ ) how important are they up at your mountains? And do you need the fleece ones or the fabric ones for December? ( spf and Shea butter is not the thing anymore?.?? Or was it a “cootie crisis “ work around? ….)please advise 🌹 thank you
im planning to go to park city but i dont know which part of the mtn i should get a airbnb closer to either canyons or park city side? we are mostly intermediate skiers and one advanced. thanks hopefuly this question made sense.
Honestly, either side will works just fine. There is a lift that connects the two resorts. Or you can catch a 15min bus to go to either resort. Luckily they are so close together you can really pick either and be set.
Hey! I’m visiting park city Jan 12 - 14. Looking for beginner lessons. Can you recommend a person/place? Thank you! Would love to meet up if y’all are available. ill be going with my gf.
Hi! I’m planning to stay in Salt Lake City, to rent equipment there and go to Park City every day. I chose it because of the hotel prices and more food options. What do you think about it? Is it practical? Does it make sense economically even spending gas every day?
the traffic on ski days tends to be pretty rough coming into park city, either plan to leave early or wait until noon if you dont want to get stuck in traffic.
we stayed in SLC Jordan embassy suites a few years ago. The drive is not bad, except when it snows. We had a 2 hour travel time from the hotel one snowy/icy morning and it was bumper to bumper the last 5 miles on the interstate. Now we stay in Heber City at the Holiday INN Express as it's reasonable and we think it's very nice (im ret military so anything is nice that's not a tent). Local Boy should post rooms from rent at his house- lol. we love Park City Skiing and now don't even go to CO anymore. Disappointed at pay to park in PC, so now we plan to get up earlier and drive each day to Canyons/cabriolet parking lot if we can't get a reservation (there's 3 of us).
Hey thanks for the video! My friends and I are flying in to SLC and then staying at Park City for a multi-day ski trip. Would you recommend using public transportation or renting a car for the travel from SLC to Park City?
I would say it depends on what you want to do while in PC and where you are staying, we stay at one of the resorts in the Canyons that has a free shuttle over to town and over to the main mountain so we uber from the airport over to the resort
@@blmeanie we are staying at a ski in ski out condo by park city mountain. will spend most of the time on the slope and not explore the city much. so yea, getting an uber seems to be the best option
Great video! I'm planning on being there in Feb and am floored by the price for a lift ticket! $503 for 2 days!?!
Yo bud would love to see you guys up on the mountain this season! Very excited
The bus system is great. I also strongly recommend using it.
Watched you since I was 9 🙌
Very helpful! Thank you ! Would like to know the gem restaurants.

I would recommend driving to PC or riding the bus (Which is free!). The Gondola is an adventure, but definitely takes a lot of time.
Great video 👏 I’m looking for a good ski instructor for my son he’s 7 and we live in Sandy, Utah
Thank you

That is a pretty common option. You will only be 30min ish from the resorts but then be closer to more non skiing related activities in SLC.
