Today we make a very good cake easy and with simple ingredients and at your home, without oil and without very soft butter.
🚨The size of the pan is 28 cm.
Ingredients:
_2 eggs.
_100 grams of sugar.
_100 ml of milk.
_200 gr soft wheat flour type 00.
_13 grams of yeast for instant dessert.
_Vanillina.
_2 apples.
For the cream:
_1 egg.
_50 grams of sugar.
_15 grams of corn starch.
_250 ml of milk.

Just made this. The cake is good but a bit plain. As a previous post, I would add a bit of cinnamon to help draw out the apples. I also added 1/2 tsp of salt to the cake mix as there was no mention of any salt. Lastly, I would start by making the custard first (it took me appx 15 minutes) and while it cools, I would do the rest of the recipe.

I love this simple recipe! Adding a touch of salt is a great idea. I believe I can't stop myself from adding whipped cream and a dash of cardamom.

Temperature 180º C ~ 350 to 360ºF
Ingredients /Ingredientes
2 eggs
1/2 cup - 3.5oz Sugar
100 ml ~ 1/2 cup ~ 3.4 fl oz Milk
200g 1 and 1/2 cup - 7 oz Flour (superfine or pastry kind)
13g ~1Tbs - 0.4 oz Baking Powder
Vanilla Essence
2 Apples
For the Custard
1 egg
50g 1/4 cup - 1.7 oz Sugar
15g 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
250ml -1 cup - ~ 8.4floz Milk
Cook it until thickens, stirring constantly
2 ovos
100g 1/2 xíc de Açúcar
100 ml ~ 1/2 xíc de Leite
200g ~ 1 xíc. e 1/2 de Farinha 00
(superfina)
13g ~ 1 col. sopa de Fermento Químico (fermento para bolo)
Vanilina
(essência de baunilha)

Levar ao fogo e mexer constantemente até engrossar

Muy buena receta, me encantó como me salió, yo pongo el doble de ingredientes , asi me salio más gruesa, y lo mejor de todo, es que no lleva mantequilla ni aceite y sale esponjosa, también he probado sin poner la crema pastelera y sale igual de buena. Gracias mil
