I like both of these apartments... the heated flooring is an amazing feature !! I would probably go for the 2 bedroom only because I like the extra space.. the patio is nice addition in each unit

@@MariamQ .... yup. a 465sqft serviced apartment in a reasonably good area in Hong Kong will cost around 3000 pound or higher to rent. A 322 sqft apartment near where I live is rented out at 2770 pound. Truly a small apartment..

It appears that serviced apartment rental in London is slightly cheaper than the same size and with equivalent facilities in Hong Kong, where I live.
