Very unhealthy practice. I used to do 2 alarms but I stopped. I was starting to get desensitised to alarms.

A good rule of thumb for alarms is to set them across the room from you so your forced to get tip and turn it off. At that point you'll already be woken up and out of bed. Still this was funny though 😂

There have been studies on this. Dont set multiple alarms. It trains you to snooze them. Just force yourself to get up with one. It might not be successful the first few times but after a pattern is created, you won't even be able to go back to sleep once that alarm hits.
