    If you ask her to wake you up at 7 she will wake you up at 6 and saying it's 8👁️👄👁️

    bruh respect to us school studends who wake up early in the morning by 4 :30 and get ready by 5:30 we don't even need alarms 1 thappad is enough

      The amount of times where I was learning shit for an exam at like 1-3 AM just to wake up at 6 AM and work fine meanwhile on an avg. day I'd feel like shit even if I went to bed early is incredible lol

    I have been using all these techniques and got fired from office.
    Now I wake up whenever I want because I don't have to go to work so I don't need to use an alarm anymore.
    So this definitely works. 🙃

    As a student I wake up at 4 and dosen't need an alarm. My body automatically loses its sleep when it's 4 am.

    In our house no alarm clocks just our dogs they bark exactly at 5 am 🙂 we wakeup immediately and start doing our daily chores

    The biggest mistake is that. Ki hume alarm sone ka lgana chahiye. Uthne ka nahi. Kyonki jb tk humara sone ka samay, fixed nahi hoga, tb tk hum kitne bhi alarm lga le, uth nahi skte samay pr.

    Y'all people must be one of those lucky ones. Because I don't hear the alarm, when it's right beside my ears and buzzing multiple times.
    So your advice would be absolutely detrimental to me.
    I have had 8 hours of sleep and still managed to sleep through an active one on one lecture.

    I have a simple trick to wake up early - jitne time Mei Uthna hai utni baar pillow pe Sar maro aur dekhna which exact time pe uthoge hope this helps

    There is no need for alarm. If you maintain consistent sleep & wake up timings, you will automatically wakes up at the time

    I use my phone as an alarm because i never get up like can't hear the alarm forget snooze..so i switch on the vibrater to get up in the morning..like i tried today..i got up at 4:30 am at one go

    If I ask my mom and dad to wake me up at 4 am to study both of them will never wake me up and when I wake up at 8am I always get a mini heartatack 😅😅
    They will say u don't need to sacrifice sleep to study

    But I heard that we should not wake up suddenly we should take atleast 5 mins, Other wise it may lead to brain paralysis. So I think 5 mins gap is needed.

    Par jis din mai single alarm dur set karke rakh deta hun uss din subah mai alaram bajne se pehle hi uth kar uss ko aage shift kar deta hun ki khama khaa tang karegaa aur fir so jaatan hun

    Actually we sleep on the floor, so lying on the floor is very good for the body and sleeping on the floor relieves body pains. Satvik, if you get into the habit of sleeping on the floor , it will be very good for your body 😌❤️
