But I heard that we should not wake up suddenly we should take atleast 5 mins, Other wise it may lead to brain paralysis. So I think 5 mins gap is needed.

Actually we sleep on the floor, so lying on the floor is very good for the body and sleeping on the floor relieves body pains. Satvik, if you get into the habit of sleeping on the floor , it will be very good for your body 😌❤️

As a student I wake up at 4 and dosen't need an alarm. My body automatically loses its sleep when it's 4 am.
I wake up automatically at 3:30am as i have to pray tahajud and namaz nothing stops me Alhamdulillah
