    Two amazing women, two great-big beautiful minds, and one illuminating and thoughtful conversation. If this is the face of female leadership, we (including men) should be breaking down the doors to see that women find their way to leadership roles in corporations and in government - not only because it costs more not to do so, but simply because they’re qualified and it’s the right thing to do. Seeing that women succeed doesn’t mean that men stink or have to fail. As they say, success is not a zero-sum game.
    Well done Margaret Hoover...if you’re not the best in your business (which is unlikely), you’re certainly my favorite. To you and the team at Firing Line, keep up the great work!
