- With so many new eateries at Great World, you may have missed this hidden gem in the basement. This newly opened Japanese Dining Hall is located where the food court used to be and has a few eateries that is well worth your attention and calories!
Aside from being able to pick up some fresh seafood for sashimi from Kuriya Japanese market, you can also enjoy a bowl of Ramen from Ramen Kiou whose Chasiu and pork softbone are some of the best I’ve come across. There is also ROMAN. Tei which serves up delicious Beef Dons and Pittarino, a Japanese/Italian eatery serving Napoletena style pizza baked in a brick oven! For afternoon tea, you can enjoy a cup of Japanese drip coffee for $2.50 and pair with a piece of Japanese pastry from Gokuku Shichifuku all for less than $5!

Westies (you guys out West) are probably already familiar with &Joy Dining Hall as it’s been at Jurong Point for a year and they are now celebrating their first anniversary where they have some special $1 promotions until 28 Oct.

Wanted to watch the eating sashimi part.. 😂
Was a little short but we did eat at 4:50 :)
Question. How do you find so much time to eat in so many places at the same time manage a clinic?
I don't watch TV, play golf, go clubbing, go fishing etc. This is essentially my only hobby.
@@LeslieTay and still keep so slim? I think you must let us know too how you manage that.
@@reinventedtobestill7358 Run every morning. Cycle 3x a week. Intermittent Fasting
What city are you in?
Singapore 🇸🇬
My friend, Nama in Japanese means raw. What’s fresh?
Ah thanks!
@@ieatishootipost no problem! Fresh in Japanese 新鮮な fish shipped from Japan to Singapore can only called frozen fresh😄😂
Well....its a totally let down Dr Leslie. My family and I went on Saturday and tried some of the dishes you have recommended.
Especially the Pasta n Pizza.
It was totally let down. The pasta was overcooked. And portion size is not consistent.
The beef is not bad but set we bought was lukewarm and again, elsewhere could be better
Oh dear, we’ll have to let them know
@@ieatishootipost Yes appreciate if you can especially you did the promotion for them. Doesnt do justice.
I even took picture of a guy who order similar Pasta hence I am confident to say that they portion isnt consistent.
The sashimi is overprice too, a snapper cost almost $98+ ($9.80/100gm) The one avail that day was the cheapest by pricing average 1kg plus.
Too premium for food hall pricing...imho
@@pjpororo323 Thanks for the feedback
