Very happy they are getting some recognition. They absolutely deserve it.
Definitely!
And then some, these guys are music gods...
right!!
Meta is a COLOSSAL ACHIEVEMENT in music.
Lisa Mann unbelievable organized chaos as w^w^w^w masterpieces
a COLOSSAL piece of shit
@@rowhaus5478 no
NicolasPL like metal being skullfucked by smooth jazz. Rubbish
@@rowhaus5478 ok, tastes are subjective
Out of all the metal band interviews I've seen
This guy genuinely looks and talks like hes actually HAPPY to discuss his music, that to me is awesome! I know most times a musician is tired from touring and shit but this guy just looks JAZZED
I grew up on Long Island and Greg was a guitarist that STOOD THE FUCK OUT ALWAYS. He used to use a Crate half stack and a stickered-up guitar and his tone was always better than everybody else’s.
I was in a local band that played with him a few times called At Odds. And his drummer Larry recorded us in a basement in Rockville Center.
This just brings great memories back.
I listen to their albums until I know what comes next.... once you can anticipate the changes the songs are even sicker.
These guys seem super cool as people too. What he said about every song being different and having that 'extra something' for each one was exactly what struck me first about Meta, and pretty much everything else they've done so far. Absolutely phenomenal band that deserves WAY more recognition!
yeah such a innovative band along with ulcerate!!!!
I was lucky enough to say hi to a few of them yesterday, and yes, super nice! what a band!
Who are we kidding, these guys deserve ALL the attention, seriously.
Just found these guys about 4 weeks ago---mind blown!!! Gym sessions will never be the same.
I just recently got into car bomb like 2 months and meta is insanely good 😳😳
I'd venture to call them artists.
Omg! It's the Laser Pistol Man!
I love this album....
Totally loved Meta! What a blast of an album... much love from Italy!
tell joe to produce Gojira's next record with the same audio quality as Meta. how does he do Car Bomb all raw and br00tal but gorjira records all polished and smooth. they sound better when they are raw and edgy, Terra Incognita / Toxicity / Adrenaline etc etc
car bomb is fucking ridiculously good.
I am proud to call myself a car bomb fan
I have massive respect for anyone else who vibes with this crazy, brutal tripped-out music!!!! 🤘💛🤘
Best band I've ever seen live!
We need a masterclass from that guy !
One of the best interviewers I’ve ever seen
Car Bomb are fucking amazing live
Can't wait for the 'space rock' direction he's talking about for the next one.
Think gratitiude, but more
21innocentbystander were gonna find out next month 🤘🏽
@@felixnilbog4517 Turns out Mordial was heavily influenced by Gratitude
@@lupe_g2 and Cave In/Failure 100%
Saw these guys last month. The craziest show I've seen. Was lucky enough to meet Greg too and he's the coolest dude in the world.
i hope these guys and cb murdoc get more recognition
great band
Carbomb + Aphex Twin YOU WOT?
Interestingly, Greg from Dillinger also said he would want to work with Aphex Twin the most :D
every mathcore band secretly wants to work with Richard
DJ Kristallnacht car bomb would be the combo that would actually make the collab special
@@LordTiyama That fine by me I listen to Richard D. James a lot
4 years late, but Meshuggah is on this tip as well. They a mention aphex and autechre in interviews. In my opinion the pioneers of rhythmic metal (meshuggah, car bomb, frontierer) all listen to drum and bass music.
INSIDIOUS! LIQUID! COURSES THROUGH! VEINS!
Was hoping he would say Adam Warren from Oceano as a guest. Think that would be dope
dude a car bomb//aphex twin collab would be mind blowing
Jonny Greenwood with Car Bomb would be awesome. But Thom Yorke in some softer parts? Why not?
I need some of their merch.
He should've said "unorthodox"
Hahaha, what an incredible musician
Awesome band. I really think they need to do more videos, vlogs and content in general. People need more context :)
So they’re into the math aspect of it... we all have jobs” damn you can be this good and still have to have a 9-5 cold world
I thought the same thing
genius
the guy from 10:20 looks totally like '80 George Michael
who did he say hed want to do a record with? Aphex what
OMG APHEX TWIN PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I didnt know steve-o also interviewed metal bands
