I configured a Neuron 2 years ago with a 5800X and 3070 during the height of the pandemic. I chose them because building it myself wasn't going to happen with the rampant part availability issues. I financed it which was super easy to do. Paid it off in 2 years. It still runs great. When I first received it, the side panel exploded when I tried to remove it at no fault of my own. The wooden crate had a gouge in it as if something collided with it. This most likely created a small crack near the edge if the side panel resulting in it losing structural integrity and exploding. Origin quickly replaced it without hesitation. I received the side panel in about 3 days. My only gripe with Origin PC is their pricing is about $400 USD more than building it myself. On the other hand, you get a good warranty and good support.

I got my Millennium Origin PC a year and a half ago, it has been great until last week. I rarely game lately because I'm in college and simply haven't had the time. I am on my break so I decided to play Mount and Blade 2 the other day. It was fine for a couple of days, then it started shutting my PC down after 5 minutes. I tried two other game with identical results. In the process of making an RMA claim with Corsair since my Origin warranty is expired I found out that they used an RM 850 PSU instead of the RMX 850x that I originally ordered. I didn't check if the PSU was the 850x when I first got it, I trusted them to use the right part. After realizing this today I contacted Origin to let them know that they used the cheaper part when I payed for the 850x. They checked their records and sure enough the 850x was supposed to be used, but the 850 was used without my knowledge. If I had been given the correct part in the first place I don't think that I would have even had this issue. I would assume that a standard 850 would power a 3080 and an i9 12900k, but I could be wrong. Regardless either the PSU is faulty or it was never enough to power it in the first place. I am satisfied that they are making it right, but I won't be satisfied until I actually receive the correct part. It has been a fantastic PC, it is a shame that I was tricked by having a lesser PSU than I payed for.

In my opinion Origin PC is amazing I think I may be buying products from them in the future. However I do have a friend that bought the EVO-15S in January 2018 and for him it was a terrible experience in just a few months all the keyboard keys just stopped working and then he had a lot more problems but I feel like it was also due to the fact that he would rage since he was a gamer and would literally smash things when he raged lol.

I feel like smashing your keyboard could compromise the functionality of it, but I could be wrong. Thanks for the comment!

Great vid. I've watched the last couple of PC brand reviews on your channel, and it's honestly surprising to me that you don't have more subs. Your videos are high quality, informative, and better than a lot of reviews I've watched on bigger channels

tbh my laptop from origin in 2017 is kind of bad, idk how to open it safely, clean it safely, install drivers, or if its even worth it to try and clean it, the brand is so underrated and if you try to search up origin pc, an app for computers shows up, and they do not have drivers on their own website.

I would say my experience with Origin was poor, but they do have the best custom configure website.

Nice, put "History" in the title and graze over the companies' history for half a second then go back to advertising for corsair
