The number 6 is so large because Playmobil is a German brand and we celebrate that day, it's St. Nicholas Day! Almost like a little Christmas, with some presents for the kids.
And for us Finns, it's Independence Day. On the same day, the President usually also has the Presidential Castle Festival, which is televised. But not just anyone can go there, but carefully selected people who receive an invitation. And there are also guests from other parts of the world, usually leaders and ministers from other countries. And then some public figures from right here in Finland. But at the same time, the Finnish soldiers who fell during the Second World War and the Winter War, who defended our country, are remembered here, as well as our veterans.
I feel that most children would have that bracelet done in 30 seconds. They are crazy good when it comes to stuff like that! Plus their fingers are smaller 😊
Any mom would take some dental floss or thread, looped through the bracelet loop, thread the beads onto the floss then pull through. Done that way, far less struggle.
Haha well kids do have smaller fingers and no long nails! lol it’s probably like that to help reduce the risk of losing a charm and causing choking issues
Thread a piece of string through the loop on the bracelet and use it to thread through the beads and charms to pull the bracelet though. That might help
On the one hand I'm really sad this is day 23, so the series is nearly over. But on the other, it means I can start opening and experiencing my advent calendars soon! Bittersweet haha
Hi Cherry! It would be one of those age appropriate things for little kids. The bracelet is hard so that when it is together very young kids cannot swallow the gems!
I literally wait the entire day to watch your videos. Its 30mins to midnight, here in India, and I'm so happy that I can now sleep peacefully after watching this video!❤
I think the skirts should have been with the princesses, and on day 24 there could have been a sleigh that the Pegasus could have been pulling/flying so the characters could sit inside it and also a sack so the presents could be inside or it holds the gems. However, I do think a little girl would enjoy this and it’s worth the price.
My daughter and I love to watch your videos together, I discovered you as a new mother and you kept us company on many a sleepless night in the early days😂😂… now she is 5 and you are one of her favorite people to watch. Your advent series inspired me and a couple of years ago I turned a shoe organizer into an advent calendar and I fill it with different things every year, planning it and opening it with her is one of my favorite things all year. Thanks so much for all the laughs and videos. Happy Christmas!!
The calendar was 🙂, at least better than the Cinereplica’s one ! The rabbits eye print looks like it’s rolling its eyes 🙄🐰. The basket was so cute in my opinion. The bracelet is for little kids so that’s why it’s like tiny , teeny tiny and hard to make. I love watching Cherry Wallis videos every day , I don’t want it to end !
I love your reviews of these playset calendars. One small note. I wish you show the others (Harry Potter/lego etc) in the display dioramas supplied to see how they would look at a display piece. ❤
It’s a very pretty calendar, of course it was worth it for the money and about the charms I do believe that it’s meant to be that the parents help to put them in and for safety it’s not easy to get them out (choking hazard) I do believe for a young kid this would be so much fun Great review Cherry!!! Hopefully you can let us know what did we miss on door number 3!!!
For the bracelet charms, you can quickly thread a string or piece of yarn through the loop at the end of the bracelet and then use the thread to pull the charm through! I hope that makes sense!
That bracelet is one of those gifts that kids can’t figure out and get frustrated with, then upset and go to their parents. Then the parents spend far too late trying to put them together after the kids go to bed, and probably a few muttered choice words.
This would be so much fun for a little kid! I love the way you arranged everything on the set at the end. Really enjoyed watching every day of your advent calendar unboxing. For next year, would consider opening the Barbie and Polly Pocket advent calendars? I loved those toys as a kid and would really enjoy watching you unbox them!
Three little red heart shaped diamonds and three little diamonds, NOT the studs she put in the basket (which are made to fit on the yellow girls antlers).
I think it would be a helpful idea for Cherry to double check the cheat sheet after all the openings for fun facts, unknown characters or lost items, but I guess it makes us also go investigate!!💗
They should give some tips to the Frozen adventure calendar. You could actually tell what the items were. They were individual painted compared to the Frozen food dishes. All in all, I think it was a cute, fun and creative adventure calendar. 🙂
I LOVE your nails Cherry, but the audience that this calendar is aimed at would have much smaller hands, fingers & short nails, which might make the bracelet easier to make!!! 😂
This is cute! Love that you're doing kids things too! I've just realized I haven't seen a body shop calendar anywhere this year, might go digging but will wait in case you have this in store for us!😂💗
Just do a bracelet with a colorful string:) and you or the lil princesses can have their charm bracelet ^^ and the twirling plats can be a slider to solide on snow
Question. What do you do with all the products and fun stuff? Are you just flush for stocking stuffers or do you put them back together to gift to others? I’ve been trying to find a miniature or dollhouse advent calendar for my grandson. He loves teeny tiny things.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who zoned out during the opening and started to come up with funny playtime scenarios? So it goes like this. They're all introducing to each other and telling their name Princess one (gives overly complicated long name) Prince: blank look *what the...?" Princess two; double cough The others "so what's your name?" Princess 2; "my name is" coughs twice ...this goes on for a bit Prince: Actually realises princess twos name is *coughs twice* Princess one (still does not understand) Princess one & two ask for princes name Prince: "my name is, loallouoillo" Princess one: gives prince the side eye, and slides away The end I could probably come up with a scenario for the saxophone, it would be call the saxa-me-phone for starters
Pretty sure the skirt found in day #4 was supposed to be in #2. Also I think the spinning would work better if the character was centered in the spinning plate. Cute calendar. I think a child would be really thrilled as long as they were not addicted to technology yet.
I thought Playmobil was deliberately bigger and chunkier so that it's appropriate for little kids, all the tiny pieces seem like they're gonna be inhaled instantly. I see a few people mentioning that little kids hands will be able to put the beads on the bracelet easier, especially without longer nails... yeah, maybe, if they haven't swallowed all the charms already I guess.
The charms are probably tricky to get on the bracelet so that they won't just fall off it. I guess they intend for an adult helping the kid, rather than a kid doing it themselves.
I remember when I was little, Playmobil was the "rich kid's" toys, a bit like LEGO, but even more expensive. I always wanted some of the sets, but never got them.
For the charms, if you put a piece of dental floss through the bracelet loop and put both ends through the bead and pull the ends, it would pull the loop right through the opening.
The bracelet is a good idea for littles who are constantly breaking their bracelets and loosing the beads but there should be an easier way to get the beads on.
The word you were looking for in the finale is Pegasus. Pony/horse with wings is a Pegasus. Unicorn with wings is an Alicorn. I've obviously watched entirely too much my little pony in both childhood and with my own daughter. 😂😂😅
When you got that saxophone and you said, "It's a saxophone!", the song "Last Night I Saw Santa Claus" by New Kids On The Block popped into my mind. NKOTB is a really old popular boy band from around the late 1980s, early 1990s. I was a bit of a fan myself and I liked their music. I think I still have their cassettes. And their music can be found at youtube. :) This band eventually broke up and after that I think Take That and then Backstreet Boys came along. Although I no longer listened to or fancied these two. In my opinion, they no longer had the "something" that New Kids On The Blocks had. But if someone liked and still likes those two boy bands, then so be it. Everyone listens to that music/band what makes them happy. :)
You can easily string beads onto the bracelet if you just put a piece of dental floss (or any little string or elastic band) in the loop, fold it over and then string the beads over the floss. Have you ever done any type of needlework?
... Yes ... Sisters.... Doing the couple pose with heart hands and not only live under a pastel rainbow but there's a pride rainbow on the wall of the playset.
Love ❤️ I keep thinking @ my oldest son he loved his play sets I found an old horse and the guy who could ride him. It was a thrill for me finding those little things that ❤
i'm curious as to what would have been in the second day spot, if it hadn't been a blank opening. it's like a hitch hikers guide to the galaxy reference or something from doctor who, looking into the second day's open space and seeing just that.
I think behind door 2 was the skirt for doll which came before that. Judging by the fact that next doll’s skirt was in separate door all by itself. But I have no idea what was that weird green thing under door 23.
Wonder what would of been in door number 2 as we saw nothing inside of it but apart from that this calendar looks so adorable I think everyone one no matter how old we are would really enjoy is advent calendar 🎄💙
i was a big playmobile kid but this didn't impress me. i got one of their advents a few years ago that had like a santas workshop thing and I liked that one a lot better, it felt like I got a lot more.
Could the next-to-the-last items be grass and apples to feed to the pony? or grass to put in the bottom of the basket with apples on top and the gems go in the golden pot?
The charms are hard to put on ao they can be hard to take off. Most parents with kids little enough to enjoy this calendar also dont have long nails so we may struggle a bit less putting them on.
Lol. I know you struggled with the bracelet but bare in mind it's designed for children who don't usually have long fingernails and can be more dexterous than an adult in long acrylic nails 🤣
The number 6 is so large because Playmobil is a German brand and we celebrate that day, it's St. Nicholas Day! Almost like a little Christmas, with some presents for the kids.
in some countries, like Belgium, it's also the day the buy your Christmas tree, so an appropriate day to get the tree in the calendar
@@kirstena4001 In Belgium we celebrate Saint Nicholas on that day. You don't put up your Christmas tree before or on the 6th of December
And for us Finns, it's Independence Day. On the same day, the President usually also has the Presidential Castle Festival, which is televised. I feel that most children would have that bracelet done in 30 seconds. They are crazy good when it comes to stuff like that! Plus their fingers are smaller 😊
And the wouldn't have nasty fake nails to stop them from gripping it
She could put the charms on a ribbon instead of the silicone bracelet
You could use a toothpick to help poke the end through the "beads".
Any mom would take some dental floss or thread, looped through the bracelet loop, thread the beads onto the floss then pull through. Done that way, far less struggle.
@@JoJoBeast619nasty? Lol that doesn't seem like a necessary comment 🤦🏽♀️

Door number 2:" Behold, gaze Yee into the abyss." 🕳😊

I think the first skirt should have been there.
Hark, the little children crying! 😅
did she tackle what's supposed to be the item for day 2?
Thread a piece of string through the loop on the bracelet and use it to thread through the beads and charms to pull the bracelet though. That might help
Perfect solution, why I didn't think of that 🤗
That's what I was thinking
Oops! I wrote the exact same thing before I saw this :)
I was thinking of a little hook but the thread is easier and everyone has some laying around !
The saxophone felt sooo random I cry laughed when you opened it😂😂🎉

The last thing you got in the box is a Pegasus. A unicorn with wings is called a pegacorn.
A flying unicorn is called an Alicorn. I know it sounds dumb, but there you go. ;)
@@micheleoster9413 I only know this because of My Little Pony 🤣
my little pony ❤❤❤❤
As others have said, a unicorn with wings is called an alicorn, but my sister called it a pegacorn as well.
You made me laugh so hard when you mentioned that the bracelet was better than many you had opened in this calendar series LOL you are so funny
Hard to put on, means hard to come off, that is good for kids to not lose them easily. 🥰
Playmobil has always done amazing Calendars. Absolutely love this! Even as an adult I kind of want one.
I am very much an adult and got myself one this year :D
I love your reviews of these playset calendars. One small note. I wish you show the others (Harry Potter/lego etc) in the display dioramas supplied to see how they would look at a display piece. ❤
It's actually easier to squeeze the ring end with shorter fingernails.
I love that you opened this or at least posted it on the 61st anniversary of the show that you are referring to when looking at their princess staffs.
It’s a very pretty calendar, of course it was worth it for the money and about the charms I do believe that it’s meant to be that the parents help to put them in and for safety it’s not easy to get them out (choking hazard)

You should use the beads to make a friendship bracelet. Maybe for your friend, Rachel?
That is such a sweet idea!

With the bracelet you should thread the hole with a sewing thread or something and bring the two sides of the sewing thread through the beads

20:08 flying horses are called pegasus theyre not unicorns. idk why im correcting this but yeah 😭
The green stuff is food for the rabbit and pegasus and it looks like the characters can hold it to feed them.

the beads would go super easy if you use a string to pull the eye through the bead!
with the bracelet, thread some thin ribbon or thread though the loop and use that to help get the charms on
A bit of thread run through the bracelet would lead the charms on
You could use a needle and thread with the bracelet charms, just tie the thread in a loop.
