오늘은 많이비싼 레드킹크랩을 준비해보았습니다.
한 달 전에 먹었을 땐 제철이라 1KG당 4만8천원이었는데,
지금 시장에서 1KG당 68000원 이더라구요 ㅠㅠ..
너무 비싸졌어요.
그리고 한 달 전에 들어온 애들이 수족관에서 오랫동안 있었는지
살수율이 굉장히 떨어졌습니다..
가격은 비싸지고 살은 적어지는??!!
지금은 킹크랩을 드시는 것을 비추천 드려요~!
딱~ 5~6월과 9월~10월이 가격이나 살수율이 우수해서 그때 드시는게 좋은 것 같습니다^^
지금은 그냥 대리만족 해주세요~ㅎㅎ
아! 그리고 저 이제 킹크랩 잘까요~ 요령을 터득했습니다. 영상 확인!

Please try with salt + peper + lemon sauce, in Vietnam we called it "muối tiêu chanh". Seafood with "muối tiêu chanh" taste really good. Maybe call it the best for seafood.
