저번엔 블루킹크랩을 먹었었고, 오늘은 레드킹크랩인데요!
레드킹크랩이 더 맛있다고 해서 준비해보았습니다.
블루킹크랩은 5~6월사이에 나오고, 레드킹크랩은 9~10월에 나온다고 합니다.
레드킹크랩은 지금이 제철!
저는 1KG당 48000원에 구입했어요. 저번 블루킹크랩은 KG당 6만원이었는데;;
더 맛있다고 하는 레드킹크랩이 더 싼 이유가??... 몰까요???ㅎㅎ
여튼 이득 보는 기분으로 기분 좋게 구입해왔습니다!
저는 내장까지 먹기 때문에 활킹크랩을 선택했어요. (활킹크랩=살아있는 킹크랩)
게값만 117000원 + 쪄주는 비용 5000원 = 122000원 나왔어요!
한.. 2키로 후반? 정도 되는 것 같습니다.
-블루킹크랩 VS 레드킹크랩 비교 설명
블루킹크랩- 전반적으로 푸른색을 띔. 등에 4개의 뿔이 있음.
버터 같은 맛이 살짝들고 부드럽고 달짝지근함. 4번 씹으면 녹아 없어짐.
레드킹크랩- 전반적으로 붉은색을 띔. 등에 6개의 뿔이 있음.
달짝지근함과 짭짤함이 공존하는 느낌과 식감이 굉장히 탱글한데, 두번 씹으면 녹아 없어짐.
솔직히 엄마가 좋아? 아빠가 좋아? 느낌인 것 같아요. 둘 다 그냥 행복지수는 똑같았습니다 ㅎㅎ 킹크랩은 그냥 게~맛있다~ ㅎㅎㅎ 핡!

Zheng Fang I think they’re talking about Westerners, lots of them dip their food in an artificial, very unhealthy cheese sauce and they use so much cheese sauce, you can’t even taste the actual crab anymore. Crab doesn’t come cheap and when you’re combining it with the cheapest cheese, the flavours clash.
