I know this is sped up but in comparison to me using studio...... Im pretty slow lol
Love the Chase Bank building!
Solar on that roof makes no sense, all the walls are blocking the sun, you'd get collection for like 4 hours and that's it. On top of that when you put it next to that tall of a building it cuts it down even more.
High sun and the back (lower portion) is south facing. That said….. it’s LEGO……………………..

2:14 But you can! put custom decals in studio. It’s a program called Brinklink Studio Part Designer. It does take a little bit getting used to but it works non the less. As I said before you can make custom decal bricks and import them into your studio parts list and add them to your creation. Not only that! You can also make custom parts for builds that Lego doesn’t make. It’s an awesome software really and I applaud you to try it :)
Edit: You can also make entire custom minifigs with decals with it to, which is what the program is mainly designed for and what most people use to. But for me I use it mostly for is custom stickers for my studio builds.

I use two technic beams connected with pins to bridge gaps like in the first bank building

I think these videos would also work well with less narration and more of a speed build style
Played around with that approach... it's too jarring with the movement of the 3D build base, 4x speed (this video) is the max you can do
