I respect the musical social work of Sona Jobarteh ji
Truly truly amazing being giving back so much to young people in Africa, Be Blessed Sona always
I was at her concert in Minneapolis a couple weeks ago - it was amazing!!
Best wishes from Gambia ❤🇬🇲
The clothes ! , oh my God. Thanks for representing africa
Awesome talent, maturity of social vision and fantastic artistry. And the sound of that instrument in general and especially in hands like hers, is deeply moving.
Beautiful music from a beautiful and talented queen.
I could listen to her speak all day.
❤❤❤❤❤
What an absolutely beautiful, genuine, musical human being
Proud of you sister
Respect I always listen to your music
Merci beaucoup
Sons jobarteh thank you so much
The sound is so beautiful
What makes her special is that it is only her family plays this instrument for generations
Not only her family there several griot families. More like clans, because they go back 700+ years and are spread out all over West Africa. I think its Jobarteh(Diabate), Suso, Kouyate, Sissoko, and Camara.
Wonderful music!
loving the motherland is supporting the academy is loving the motherland❤️
Thanks so muche good longivity
huuuhuuuu! Go Sona, so proud
Queen 👑🇬🇲
Amazing ❤❤🎉🎉
Sublime.
Can't wait for a collaboration with mumba yachi, emerly, mutinta and m.tembo please
Yes yes ❤❤❤🎉RAa
These 2 TV employees look so uncomfortable interviewing a musician. Why?
Nice!
Sona is absolutely wonderful and a real states-woman and role model for the culture she represents. As a non-African guy, i find it absolutely amazing and inspiring.
But those tv hosts are like teen girls and totally detract from the whole vibe.
❤❤❤ good 👍
