Bloody fantastic Mark! Little Lucifer really came out nice. I must admit I had some doubts at first but you really pulled it off. Shipping to California would be a bit too much so I'll opt out but someone is going to get a really nice ride! Great series, I really looked forward to Thursday night to watch it. Congratulations on a fantastic Backyard Budget Bike Build!!
Great job mark, i've followed this build all the way through and really enjoyed it all, you've done a crackin job and should be really pleased with yourself, people seem to forget that your not a proffesional bike biulder, but for some guy willing to just give it a go you deserve high praise, TC&RSM8.
Bloody great build mark enjoyed all the episodes thanks for your effort I can imagine it being a big task on its own by videoing it all must of been alot of work cheers mark
Top work Mark. You should be pleased with yourself. Its been great to watch the journey and an inspiration to take some stuff on yourself. It doesnt all have to be a blue printed rebuild to concourse spec. A durable, budget rebuild to get plenty more years of service from a well engineered bike. Recycling at its best.
You actually made a silk purse out of a pig's ear, Mark. It looks just right and sounds braaapy too. What a good buy that is going to be for some lucky sod. Excellent series. 👍
Great build Mark! I've watched this build from beginning to end. I'm working on a similar build and thanks to you, I've come up with some new ideas for the build. Cheers!
You bloody ripper! You have done a fantastic job on the bike. Definitely worth all the frustrations you have experienced along the way. $500 is way too cheap for all your efforts and the incredible finished product. Keep on Riding
That is a very impressive transformation, looks great. Loved following the build. Now you'll have to do another one if for no other reason to have swanky living room chandeliers ; ).
Thanks Mark, the bike looks great! I'm sure your glad to be done with it. Even though it was a fun build I'm sure it will be nice to move on to something else.
Hi ,Mark as always great video, man alive i thought i was forgetful haha😂 the little bike looks ace, mate you've done a top job👍👍 keep on keeping on guys..😁🏍
Looks amazing! If this is the result of the first complete build, that promises huge things for the next (your Mad Max one was superb as well so not really that surprising now I think about it). It's that I live in the other side of the world, otherwise I would love to buy one.
The bike looks amazing, and for a 250 it sounds pretty good too. I hope that whoever "wins" this wonderfully restored bike will be actually using it, and not just flipping it to make a quick buck!
Great job Mark; a small suggestion and its your idea, what about a small pipe for the tools? behind the seat? Anyway it looks so dam good, just love it...
Siempre me gusto esta moto me estoy por comprar una igual para restaurar. Se que tus videos me van a ayudar un monton. saludos desde argentina.!!! Great job!!!
I'm a little late to this party so I looked up part 1 and saw the original condition. Now l appreciate your build even more. I also saw what you originally paid for it so obviously l'm missing part of the story. I'm subscribed so l'm sure you'll fill us in after it's sold. Did l hear you say $500? Using an exchange rate of 1.33 I would estimate that bike would bring approximately 3.8 times that American. Well, in my opinion anyway. I have a 2009 V Star 250. I only use it for errands because my back won't let me ride over about 20miles. Therefore it doesn't really get ridden enough. It has started "coughing" suddenly then back to normal. Any ideas anyone? Fuel pump??? Is there a good online forum or source of troubleshooting for this bike? Great build. It really looks well put together. Looks and sounds great.
Shit job Mark...ha ha got ya!! Looks sweet as mate, well done love the style and appreciate the work you put in. Can't wait to see the smile on the lucky bugger that gets it.
That must be the coolest 250 I've ever seen! I've been waiting for this video for a while now, hah. Question - after investing so much time and effort in it and it turning out so great, are you perhaps thinking of keeping it? People bond with vehicles when they work on them, wondering if you'll be sad to see it go
Awesome video man! Also is that stock untouched exhaust? unless I missed the vid I never saw any modifications to the exhaust besides the clean and paint. Sounds sick for stock
See if you’ve got a strong little button magnet and put it on the exhaust underneath where you think the rattle is coming from. They won’t see it and it might just hold the bits inside the exhaust.
Could you also show the specific things you need to fix for roadworthy if there is , I'm looking at regoing my 1989 cbr 250 and wondering how strict they are on motorcycles as it's my first time registering one thanks mark
Surprised you could still get parts for it. Great bike I had the 535 very reliable if a little underpowered. Do you think you will ever take the plunge and get yourself a Harley?
Looks good mate....but you should be careful filming yourself riding without rego. I would suggest pc plod could see it and you are gone. Heard of someone posting themselves doing something dodgy and the wrong people saw it and knock knock they were busted.
I love how you don't cut out your mistakes. You're a man of integrity, that's for sure.
Great job with the bike. It looks amazing now
The time, effort and frustration was all worth it. Quality ride and quality viewing for us.
Looks like it would do a lap of Australia 👍👍

Looks a bloody treat mate!!! The guy or gal that gets to ride it home will be a lucky one for sure!!!
Thanks heaps Andy! :-)

Great build. It really looks well put together. Looks and sounds great.
Great job Mark ! = )
Hey, the high beam light on a 250 Virago is as bright as yours is now. The blue plastic dulls the light a lot.
Shit job Mark...ha ha got ya!! Looks sweet as mate, well done love the style and appreciate the work you put in. Can't wait to see the smile on the lucky bugger that gets it.
Mr Victor, If I promise to Fly all the way from Alaska to melbourne "just to ride it" could I have a go on Little Lucifer?
It looks cool as.😎👍👍👍👍
Hey Mark time for a new house with a bloody big she'd love the vids
That must be the coolest 250 I've ever seen! I've been waiting for this video for a while now, hah.
Question - after investing so much time and effort in it and it turning out so great, are you perhaps thinking of keeping it? People bond with vehicles when they work on them, wondering if you'll be sad to see it go
Can’t keep it as it was for the Keep On Riding CREW! I would have given or sold it cheap to Matt :-)
Looks great! If I was about 16,000 km closer, I would put my name in the hat.
come up alright....your born to be a bike builder, onto the next build
Thanks Joe! :-)
Good job mate.
You badly need a shed.
Awesome video man! Also is that stock untouched exhaust? unless I missed the vid I never saw any modifications to the exhaust besides the clean and paint. Sounds sick for stock
Baffle was removed!
Awesome sounds sick for a cheap mod haha
Awesome videos! Where did u get the seat tho???

See if you’ve got a strong little button magnet and put it on the exhaust underneath where you think the rattle is coming from. They won’t see it and it might just hold the bits inside the exhaust.
Bloody Brilliant idea I’m going to try that! Thanks :-)
What do I have to do to be in the running to buy the bike?
Bloody ripper!
have you thought about hanging the mirrors under the bars? Looking great mate!
Thanks mate and yeah talked about that in one of the episodes! :-)
Could you also show the specific things you need to fix for roadworthy if there is , I'm looking at regoing my 1989 cbr 250 and wondering how strict they are on motorcycles as it's my first time registering one thanks mark
No worries mate will do! :-)
Hi m8 looks sweet as f#*k awesome work we need a before and after shot alot of people jaws would drop for sure cheers 🤘👍
Thanks heaps mate and yeah will do that for sure! :-)
Surprised you could still get parts for it. Great bike I had the 535 very reliable if a little underpowered.
Do you think you will ever take the plunge and get yourself a Harley?
Hey you look like a really tall guy or that bike is small? how tall are you??
AWESOME
Thanks :-)
The Roadworthy last 28 days, but you only have 14 days to transfer the rego.
Some write it down as 7 days...
Hey mate do you still have the bike I'd love to get a look up close and personal. I work at the golden square caltex I'd love to have a look
Matt now has it! :-)
@@BikerBits I'd love to see it
Looks good mate....but you should be careful filming yourself riding without rego. I would suggest pc plod could see it and you are gone. Heard of someone posting themselves doing something dodgy and the wrong people saw it and knock knock they were busted.
👍
