- Freeganism is a lifestyle focused on reducing waste and is often synonymous with Dumpster Diving.
In this video, I only ate garbage for 72 hours! Australia and countries worldwide are facing a terrible food waste crisis, something that is damaging our environment and forcing millions of people into starvation.
So after stumbling across Freeganism, I wanted to see what this lifestyle and community was like, whether they could be A solution to the food waste problem, and whether I could survive living off discarded food for 3 straight days.
